O hotel é perfeito, desda as instalações, o quarto, a cama e o atendimento são esplêndidos, todos funcionarios foram super atenciosos. E ainda possui um terraço para um belo por do sol. O hotel está bem localizado e próximo a restaurantes. Super recomendo.

Hotel centrico y con buena ubicacion. El personal es sumamente amable y con un gran sentido del servicio al cliente. Todas los dias al desayuno llega la anfitriona a revisar si ocupamos algo, desde una compra de ultimo momento, un tour, un traslado, o darnos agua para llevar cuando se sale a caminar. El nivel de detalle es muy bueno. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y comodas, la terraza tiene una de las mejores vista de La Habana.

ROOMS: normal-size room with a small balcony. There are a rather comfortable bed, a big safe, fridge with minibar (mainly beer), music station in the room. Bathrobes are provided as well. LOCATION: perfect location direct in the city center, 5min walking distance to the Capitol, 40min drive to the airport. FOOD: breakfast 7-10 am. It’s a small buffet with local cheeses and meats, veggies, couples of hot dishes (steamed peas and sausages), fruits, yogurts, bread. You can also order some eggs (they can make it for your choice) if you want. There is a restaurant with a nice ocean view terrace, they serve pastas, pizzas and other main dishes. Portions are big and dishes are very tasty! There is also a lobby bar (works 24h) with big variety of liquors and cocktails. FACILITIES: wi-fi works rather good, but sometimes you need to rejoin the network, it also doesn’t work well on the terrace zone STAFF: polite, but not very friendly and helpful.
