Hotel novy, moderni. Snidane vyborne. Pokoje klidne. Blizka dostupnost tramvaji a metra. Pekny vyhled do dalky pres holubi exktrementy. Skoda. 1 Hvezda za nereflektovani stiznosti a jeji nevyrizeni pres prislib reseni - na toto se nechcete divat kazde rano a vecer.

A Very nice hotel to stay at. The subway is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel while the tram service is straight outside. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicacies ranging from fresh fruits to cereals to pancakes. The staff were very helpful in helping us navigate the city's most popular attractions, especially in regards to the city's metro system. The only drawbacks we experienced while staying at this hotel were the room could do with installation of a safe and the Wifi could do with a boost. Would definitely stay at this hotel again in the near future.

Me and my best friend arrived to this hotel few days ago and I must say that from the first moment itself we were extremely disappointed. We arrived after 12 hours flight and when we arrived to comfort Prague we were exhausted and as were supposed to spend almost a month in the European territory for a tour, we brought many luggages with us. However when we arrived no one was there to help us get inside the hotel, one guest inside the hotel helped us to open the door, neither did they at least help us to get the luggages to our room. From barception Natalie told us that they don't have anyone to send luggages to room but she will check what she can do. When she was talking to us we noticed that her colleague Jacob was talking in their language saying something and laughing which is rude to do it when the guest is standing in front of them. We were surprised to hear this, as me and my best friend also work in hospitality back in our home country, we never let any of the guests carry luggages to room by themselves. So out of no choice we took the luggages to our room by our selves and we did the same at the time of check out as well. After we settled in the room we noticed that the room doesn't have a safe box which questions the safety of our personal belongings to be kept in the room. We came down to ask Natalie to get some help to check if any place was opened to have dinner and the answer she gave was very unprofessional and personally I felt she was clueless. She said she's not from that area so she was not sure. When she works in that area it is necessary to have the knowledge of the surroundings in her fingertips. As she is the FO Supervisor, considering her job level, this is unacceptable. Also we noticed that during the time of breakfast guests had to do the clearance by themselves, also the F&B staffs was not so welcoming and had no smile on their face. On the day of our checkout we noticed that the hotel reception area was full and we saw the staffs didn't do the clearance when guests left their trays after breakfast which caused inconvenience to other guests. Overall we were not happy with this hotel.
