Zafiro Palace Andratx

This is not a hotel for adults unless you either have kids or dont mind screaming children. The hotel itself is beautifully located and exceptionally clean. The 7 restaurants cater for everyone and the food is generally of a high standard but there is no chance of a quiet or romantic meal since there are always kids around, some well behaved others not and a lot of babies. There are no adult only areas except 1 rooftop pool which unfortunately during our stay was so windy that it was not possible to relax. Very bizarrely each room has no door or partition between the bedroom and the bathroom which meant no privacy or soundproofing although there was a door to a clothes cupboard which served no obvious purpose. In conclusion , wonderful with kids but for us hopeless for a relaxing holiday

Einfach ein klasse Urlaub. Tolle Lage, traumhafter Blick auf Meer und Tal, Essen sehr gut, endlos langes Frühstückbuffet mit allem was man sich zum Frühstück vorstellen kann. Alle sehr freundlich und bemüht. Und vor allem, es war die Eröffnungswoche mitte April - und alle Aussenpools waren beheizt! Das habe ich so in noch keinem Hotel auf Mallorca erlebt. Großartig! Wir kommen wieder.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left, the service was first class. We stayed in one of the penthouse suites with a private plunge pool and side sea view with the Zafiro Club service. This got us access to an extra pool and an extra food truck where we had lunch twice. The choice of food from the different restaurants is superb and the variety of wine that was part of the all inclusive package was superb. I would highly recommend the all inclusive package as Camp De Mar is quite small and could potentially leave you limited for eating out (maybe 4 restaurants in the village?). There were no flaws or complaints at all with the food, the service, the ambiance and the overall stay. The only thing to point out would be if you are going to have some sort of nightlife then maybe this isn't the area for you but for a relaxing trip where you are treated incredibly well and get to eat fantastic food and have beautiful views then this is the place to go. We are planning to return next year.

Excellent hotel. Immaculate with amazing restaurants and super friendly staff in a lovely resort. 10 out of 10. We would definitely return to this hotel and would definitely recommend the all inclusive. Perfect for a relaxing week and plenty to do in the hotel

We was upgraded to a great room with private pool , the room was absolutely great, bed comfortable !! The Staff was all lovely and very helpful especially the front desk !! Food was amazing, nice menu with many choices, we are already looking to return next month. 5 stars
