The worst service I’ve ever received at a hotel. The staff couldn’t be more rude ! The cleaners will not clean your room and even when I asked them for extra towels they told me no. The reception staff will not help you for check in they insist you do it yourself at the machine (yet I entered the same details 5 times on the machine). Overall I was in complete shock of the level of disrespect from the staff at this hotel. It’s beyond me how a person can be so rude and blunt and not try to help a guest when they are pleading for simple things such as towels or a room clean.

Me and my friend have just spent the week here and it was amazing!! The room was huge and spotless when we arrived. The bins were emptied everyday and new towels were provided when you left dirty ones on the floor. The pool was SO nice and didn’t get busy until 1/2pm. Brunch amazing with a good selection!! Reception staff could definitely be a lot nicer which was the only downside as well as having to pay for the safe in the room. The hotel does get noisy on a nighttime but that is to be expected being only 10 minutes from the strip so didn’t bother us. The hotel is in prime location, only 5 minute walk from the beach and tons of restaurants there’s supermarkets either side of the hotel and a pharmacy a 1 minute walk away. If we were to go back to magaluf we would 100% stay in this hotel again!!

Clean rooms, good staff especially bar staff Pablo, Daniel and Guille. Good talk and great service. Pablo’s the goat gave me drinks on the house cus he’s a boyo
