The hotel is ok at best. Although there is a kettle for making tea and coffee there was no cups, tea bags, coffee, sugar or milk provided. There was a mini fridge but no water was provided. The breakfast was ok but nothing special. The maids only cleaned to bathroom and provided fresh towels and the bed was not made on any day

Was a bit worried about visiting this hotel due to the reviews but turns out I didn’t need to worry at all. Me and the wife visited here for a 3 days away to sit around the pool. Hotel was perfect for the money spent, room was very modern, spacious and clean. Pool and surrounding areas were lovely although as it’s not heated it was freezing cold but was to be expected for the time of year. The brunch was pleasant addition which ment we didn’t have to buy lunch every day and there was plenty to choose from. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Would 100% recommend

The hotel was open space and wheelchair accessible. Pool area was decent although we found it to be a bit of a wind trap. Might of just been the time we went. Brunch served until 1pm all you can eat and catered for almost everyone with selections of pastry hot and cold food. The room was fine. Had a microwave kettle and on the counter fridge. Only thing I would say is there was no cutlery or cup or plates. Bathroom was fine we had over the bath shower which I'm assuming is standard. Location is perfect for people going out and drinking as its quite close to everywhere. Mcdonalds KFC burger king and pizza hut 2-5 min walk away and plenty of takeouts and restaurants. Beach is a 5 min walk and aldi bout the same. Did get a little noisy early hours as people came back to rooms but it's to be expected due to location. I would definitely try tent brand hotels again but maybe palmanova one as it should be a little quieter
