I was in this hotel in June 2021. The hotel, although it does not have a very large pool and grounds, is amazing due to the great employees. Faithful drinks and food at the highest level. As for me, a hotel to which I can return. I recommend it to everyone. Great for families and couples. Nearby is a great beautiful beach, disco. I recommend it
Positive: -The beach was lovely, a long stretch of white sand and pleasant water to swim in -The buffet food at meal times was very nice -The evening entertainment was ok Negatives: -Although we paid for all inclusive, it didn't feel like it. When we got to the hotel we weren't offered any drinks, despite it being in the middle of the day and after having had a 2hr+ transfer from the airport. In addition, no one helped us take our bags to our room, we were simply left to find our room with our bags by ourselves -When we got to the hotel we had just missed lunch, despite being all inclusive, the only food available were soggy sandwiches and fruit from the bar and mini ice creams you could eat within one mouthful. We had to wait until dinner time before we could get a proper hot meal. Most all inclusive have hot food available between meal times, so this was really disappointing and gave a bad first impression. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the hotel.
A lovely and clean hotel with helpful staff, we had a great time. The location is great for the town and the beach is only a 5 minute walk. Only reason for 4 stars was that the outdoor pool was freezing, it was actually painful to go in for our little one and the buffet prices if you wanted a one off meal (we were bed and breakfast) was expensive for what it was.

I have been there for 5 nights. We reaching there in the night, there was a food in the room but it was of not eatable for us which team should have asked what we would eat and not and here started with food issues. Room was ok but bed and pillows are not usable at all if you go with family and kids. Beds make lots of noise and difficult when you have kids, and pillows are so height and we did request for some or little bit flat but of no use. There is lot to write from food, to snack bar or pool bar where we have taken all inclussive but think it didnt make much sense. We have been to Turkey with same service and that was top class where they were topping up the room with drinks every day and even snack bar or beach bar was fantastic, here there is nothing sort of just left over food available in snack or pool bars.
Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille avec 4 jeunes enfants. Très bel hôtel Nous avons apprécié l 'accueil très agréable, l'amabilité du personnel en particulier à la salle de restaurant,la gentillesse des animatrices du Kid Club ,le ménage des chambres qui est fait tous les jours,la variété des spectacles en soirée . En un mot nous avons passé une très belle semaine. Nous ne manquerons pas d'y revenir ou de le conseiller à nos connaissances .
