Barefoot Hotel Mallorca

Bardzo fajny design. Pokoje wygodne, ładnie zaprojektowane. Fajne miejsce przy basenie gdzie serwowane są śniadania. Przemiła i bardzo profesjonalna pani na pracująca recepcji, która była wsparciem w zmianie pokoju na lepszy z widokiem na zatokę... Restauracja w hotelu średnia, jedzenie niestety przeciętne, natomiast obsługa bardzo miła.

Nice hotel close to the harbour and cozy restaurants. Also close to nice beaches. We loved the quiet surrounding. Really relaxing stay. We loved the city Portocolom. There we of course turists here but it was much more relaxing than other places we have been to in Spain. There is an hours drive from the airport so it is a good idea to plan for the commute before you arrive.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel in portocolom, a very quiet village in a beautiful bay on the east side of Mallorca. It has a wonderful bohemian style, comfortable rooms, a nice pool area and terras, friendly reception staff … right by the waterfront. Easy to park in the street if you have a rental, beautiful spa with high quality services and you can get peddle boards for free. Also few areas for improvement (especially in light of a quite steep price point): a real gym facility, a well functioning fridge in the room, and better service at breakfast and lunch (few student waiters are well willing but not up to standard)

First impression is fantastic. Reception and public areas are beautifully decorated in a contemporary Balearic style. But we were allocated a room that isn’t even in the hotel, but rather in an annexe on the other side of the road with a view overlooking a roof below. Very disappointing and misleading as there is nothing clear on the hotels website that says that some rooms are not even in the hotel. The helpful receptionist did show us an alternative in the hotel building, but it was incredibly dark and gloomy with no view other than straight into a wall. I suggest that unless you book a higher category of room (and this is already an expensive hotel) book a different hotel where you know exactly what you will be getting. The standard category, which should still be excellent in a five star hotel, is not appropriate for the price point. It’s definitely spoiled our experience of what looked on first impression to be a beautiful and stylish hotel.

The vibe of the hotel was relaxed and laid back yet the service and attentiveness of the team was top rate. Amazing ambience and decor. Comfy beds and pillows you melt into. The hotel food was great too and all the local restaurants also have lots of variety and were of equally good standards.
