The Ibiza Twiins

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The rooms were beautifully designed and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options. A great way to start the day. A special mention goes to Denise at the reception. She’s truly amazing! She gave us great recommendations for dining out and exploring Ibiza, and her service was outstanding. She even helped us arrange a late check-out and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be coming back!

Ibiza Twiins, Playa d’en Bossa – Stylish Stay with Incredible Entertainment We stayed at Ibiza Twiins while in Ibiza for a wedding, and overall, we had a great experience. The hotel felt modern, fresh, and had a lot to offer — especially for the price compared to other nearby options. Rooms: The rooms were on the smaller side but modern and had everything we needed. We had a room with a Bali bed on the rear deck. While the view wasn’t anything special, it was private and a great feature — though when we arrived, someone had clearly used our Bali bed to join their friends. Reception were very accommodating and not only had it cleaned but kindly moved us closer to our friends, which was appreciated. Food & Drink: Food was decent, although when we stayed, only one restaurant was open. It would have been nice to have more variety and to have the food truck included as part of the all-inclusive — especially since we had the Upper Deck package. The drinks, on the other hand, were excellent. The Upper Deck package is absolutely worth it and something we’d definitely choose again. A personal highlight? Iced Baileys coffees in the morning — a real treat! It would have been a nice touch for the Upper Deck to be adults only, especially given the premium feel of that area. That said, the hotel as a whole isn’t overly kid-focused, and the atmosphere remained calm and relaxed. As parents ourselves, we understand the value of inclusive experiences, and it was nice to see families enjoying the space respectfully. Pools & Location: The hotel’s location is good — there’s a beach out front, though not the classic postcard-style beach you might expect. Still, it was nice to have, and the hotel makes up for it with its beautiful pool areas. The main pools have loungers in the water with sea views, which added a luxurious feel. After our first day, we spent most of our time on the Upper Deck, where the smaller pool offered amazing views and a quieter, more exclusive vibe. Entertainment: This was hands down some of the best hotel entertainment we’ve ever seen! The nightly shows and performances were extremely well done and clearly professionally produced. There were daytime teasers to give a taste of the evening’s entertainment, which created a real buzz around the hotel. We were so impressed, we even left the wedding reception across the road for a bit just to catch the Madonna tribute night — and it was worth it! Truly top-tier entertainment that sets this hotel apart. Overall: Ibiza Twiins was a great base for our trip. While we were there for a wedding, many of the family members who stayed at the wedding venue across the road actually said they preferred Ibiza Twiins — especially the value of the all-inclusive experience, which felt more luxurious and well-rounded for a better price. Would we return? Definitely. For a stylish, fun, adult-friendly stay in Ibiza with fantastic entertainment, great drinks, and solid facilities, Ibiza Twiins is a great choice — especially if you’re not there purely for clubbing but still want the buzz of Ibiza (I can’t review front he date we stayed as I have just created a trip advisor account - but we stayed May 22)

Hotel is great, very clean, very good ratio between price and quality with the all inclusive. Well located. A huge shout out to the animation team (Giulia & Béatrice) and the artistic team for making this holiday unforgettable. Highly recommanded.

Our trip to The Ibiza Twins was a perfect way to end our three week vacation. We enjoyed relaxing at the resort and sightseeing around this beautiful island. We stayed in a Joy Junior Suite which was spacious and comfortable. The best part was the large balcony over looking the beautiful crystal clear water. Our concierge Denisse was amazing. She was attentive and provided perfect activity and dining recommendations. We enjoyed some of the best dinners of our entire trip. The food at the resort was good but could use some improvements, a restaurant on site would be a good addition. The snack area by the pool offered a nice selection for snacks or lunch and the Breakfast buffet was always a nice way to start the day. Service at the buffet was good while the service in the snack area by the pool could use additional staff. The lunch and dinner buffet has potential but needs improvement. The food appeared to be of good quality but the preparation needs help. Meats and seafood were often undercooked. We also found it odd that coffee and tea were unavailable in the buffet area, they suggested we go out to the lobby for that. The Upper Level is a great option for a bit more space and an area to get away from the crowds by the main pool. Service was good and the staff very friendly. Overall I’d recommend visiting and we do plan to return again for another stay.

I think some of these reviews are nit picking! Ive just checked out of a 5 night stay, all inclusive with my sister. Hotel is so clean - cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Also, for an all inclusive the food is unreal! We had no issues with finding something to eat and didn't find the options repetitive at all. The beds are so comfy!!! We slept a solid 9 hours each night. The evening entertainment - 10/10 for effort! The Legacy and Cosmos show were our favourite. The staff provided a table service so you didn't have to go to the bar and order if you didn't want to. The drinks - staff are very generous with the alcohol servings. Not often you can say this about an all inclusive! No issues with sunbeds. Pool is beautiful. Keep your towel card receipt - you need this to get your deposit back (10 euros per card). I'm deducting a star for the following - the gym and spa is out of the hotel and in another building. The gym is shocking - no air-conditioning and most of the equipment is rusty. I couldn't change some weights as it was orange with rust. The spa area also gave me the ick- i would suggest the hotel cease being affiliated with this gym/spa or invest some money into it. Also, some staff were just downright miserable. Walked around with a sour face (not everyone!). We bumped into the entertainment group at dinner one night and a couple of the dancers were very ignorant and rude, with one pushing past me to be the first one to grab some freshly cooked chicken skewers. Would i come back ? Absolutely! Just wouldn't use the gym again lol
