First impressions were that we were in quite a funky hotel with a great vibe. Very welcoming friendly staff, and modern appeal. I took my teenage son with me for our last family holiday of sorts to introduce him to the Ibiza vibe. Hotel was very clean and well looked after. The food was of a junkie sort of style, burgers sandwiches fries etc, but very well done and very tasty. It all appeals I guess to the twenty something age group but there were a few older types like myself enjoying it. Location was great if you want a more chilled break from San Antonio itself. Easily walking distance along the beach pathway to the vibrant party scene. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is I guess the management of the noise pollution throughout the early hours coming from other rooms playing music on full volume from the rooms excellent Bluetooth speakers. Would I return? Prob not just due to it being catered for mostly the younger generation, as I said I chose it because of my son coming with me. But that has no reflection on the hotel or the staff. Big shout to Jennifer who was super nice and very informative when we needed help or general advice, but then again all your staff were a credit to the hotel.

Pros: The burgers are amazing The room was nice, clean and spacious We had a massive balcony with loungers which we enjoyed sunbathing on Staff were friendly Room cleaned and fresh towels daily Location is great. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and an easy walk into the main part of the bay. Cons: Check in- When we arrived we were told our room was booked for two people despite booking for 3 and paying for 3. The receptionist said it was fine and just booked wrong on their system but the room did sleep 3 and would be set up that way. The room however was not set up for 3 people and we had to ask twice and wait hours for this to be corrected. This meant waiting hours for us all to be able to shower after a day of traveling. Room- although spacious it lacked practicality. Little storage and no space on the bedside table due to a retro phone and a speaker being there. No drawers in the room for clothes so we lived out our suitcases. We also asked three times for an extra pillow and we never got it despite being told we would. Security- there didn't seem to be any. Half way through our holiday a lot of loud, drug fuled people arrived. One banging on our door stating he was 'full of ket' they were always in the corridor, blasting music, creating loud bangs out of nowhere. Arriving back from clubs at 5am and blasting music. Meanwhile not a security guard in sight. We have even stayed in Ibiza rocks and this type of behaviour was never allowed especially after a certain time of night. Menu- very limited if you don't want a burger and only 3 veggie options. So we didn't eat there much due to not wanting a burger every day. Pool area - again looked aesthetically pleasing but the loungers weren't comfy, the pool bar lacked ingredients for cocktails/specific gin types, despite being listed on the menu and we had to go to the restaurant bar instead. We also didn't spend a lot of time at the pool due to people playing their own music through a speaker which clashed with the actual pool music and became a rabble, not very chill. Again no security to stop this. Party room - Lasty we were informed very last minute, via a note under our door, that there was a party being held by the hotel on our floor. The noise from this was awful and went on until midnight. Not an unreasonable hour but we couldn't hear our own music or relax in our room that evening when we had an event the next day that we wanted to rest for. This should have been something we were told about during check in or really contacted about beforehand when the party was arranged to allow us to change hotel/floor if we wanted to, based on the plans we had for ourselves. We were given a token for a free drink each but really the communication should have been better. These issues could be due to the hotel being new but unfortunately due to the lack of security and poor communication we won't be staying again when we return to Ibiza next year.

Literally just left the the most amazing hotel we have had the best stay with ryans and lolas couldn't find fault in any part of our stay the vibe the pool the food the staff the location everything was simpley perfect every morning greeted with smiles this hotel is our new yearly trip to ibiza thank you all for your hard work in making this hotel our new favourite place ever was very sad to leave this morning muchas gracias suzanne
