SO/ Sotogrande Spa & Golf Resort Hotel

Service was continually slow across all restaurants and at reception. When it was time to check out, we were locked out of our rooms 10 minutes early. Tips and hidden charges were added to the bill.

Wonderful resort, great restaurants and pools. Kids are so well catered for, we had an exceptional service and a large suite with 2 rooms which served our family well. Whilst the Society restaurant closes early the breakfast ad lunch options were just wonderful. Ala carte breakfast was absolutely wonderful, the service was exceptional and they always got it right. Any request was met, any problems were solved. I'd happily return to SO Sotogrande resort for our next family trip. All restaurants were just wonderful as was the gym. My boy had a fab time with the kids club experts also - So all round EPIC.

Fantastic experience. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, from Mattia in management to Vincenzo, Alessandra e José. The food was incredible and the views are astonishing. Croquetas de Rabo de Toro, what a treat.

We had a wonderful stay. Matti’s cocktails were delicious, the bar staff were great, breakfast ladies so kind, and the concierge super helpful. We'll definitely return next year!

Me and my family had a really great massage thanks to the wonderful team — Rocio, Weronika, Vero, and Guillermo. Each of them was professional, kind, and attentive, which made the whole experience very enjoyable and relaxing.
