The hotel has no atmosphere, totally dead, and yet they still charge €300 just to sit by an empty pool under the label of a “club.” I was told things would be better the next day, but instead encountered even more dismissive and arrogant service. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. Service was so bad that it just became comical and there is a total lack of detail or care. There are far better hotels nearby with real service—and actual beach clubs worth your time and money.

Lovely break at hotel which has been refurbished to a high standard. Delicious breakfast. Ambient atmosphere at pool with dj day and night. Good location to walk into Puerto Banus. Exceptional service from hotel manager.

I’m so glad we stayed at this amazing hotel. We loved everything about it. It has a very luxurious feel with chill vibes. The rooms were so comfortable and new. The staff and service were really special. I loved hanging by the pool and the restaurants. It is located walking distance to the beach, shops and Puerto Banùs. We created so many great memories in this place that i will definitely be back!

Hotel INCREÍBLE! La remodelación no puede haber salido mejor. Todo el personal muy amable y atento. El desayuno completo y muchos espacios culinarios para disfrutar.

Una experiencia maravillosa Estuve alojado/a en este hotel y mi experiencia fue excelente. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, la limpieza es impecable y el ambiente es muy acogedor. Me encantaron los servicios de guardarropa y consigna de equipaje, muy prácticos y bien organizados, lo que hace la estancia aún más cómoda. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención de Anabel, que es una recepcionista increíble: siempre atenta, amable y dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento. Gracias a ella nuestra estancia fue aún más agradable. ¡Sin duda volveré y lo recomiendo al 100%!
