Super hotel. Wspaniała obsługa. Restauracja Chikirita na plaży rewelacyjna. Mr Darko przemiły i pomocny w każdej sytuacji. Szkoda że można tam zjeść tylko lunch. Wieczór przy świecach na plaży byłby niesamowitym przeżyciem.

Obsługa jest rewelacyjna. Najbardziej podoba nam się restauracja chiquirita na plaży. Jedzenie wyśmienite, bardzo smaczne i świeże. Atmosfera zapewniona przez świetną obsługę. Pan Darko stwarza bardzo rodzinne odczucia.

We’ve just come back from the most amazing 7 nights at Ikos Andalusia. What can I say, I’m blown away. A beautiful resort with incredible food, stunning scenery, and attentive and smiley staff - everything was amazing! Thank you to everyone who made our holiday one to remember. Anyone thinking of going here, do it! There’s so much to do. From endless amenities, world class restaurants and bars, to fun activities. As well as having Estepona one way, Puerto Buenos the other. All within a ten minute drive. Best of both worlds! I can’t wait to visit another Ikos next year!

I feel like I stayed somewhere different looking at the rest of these reviews. Ikos Andalusia has been our happy place for the last three years however our fourth visit this year was a very different experience. The reason we come back to Ikos is for the exceptional service, the wonderful staff and the amazing food. This year we were very underwhelmed and disappointed. Service around the two beach pools for the first three days was virtually none existent. When a waiter would eventually come over you waited around 45 mins to an hour for drinks or food. We would ask for a menu then nobody would come back to take your order. There was no surprise cocktails or any nibbles brought around the pool like previous years. The poolside food was disappointing. The quesadillas which had been lovely previous years weren’t cooked nice and crisp with melted cheese they were just cold floppy tortillas with grated cheese and cold chicken. On the third day a waiter came around with fruit kebabs by the time he got to us there was one left. My daughter took it and I asked if he was coming back with more and he looked at his watch and said no there was no time. Our evening meals were very hit and miss and I’d go as far to say that our meal in fresco and especially Oliva were awful. I wouldn’t recommend the beef tagliata which was full of fat and very tough or the chicken paella from Oliva it tasted rank and smelled like dirty dishwater. Our meals in Seasons and Provence were excellent as usual. Night time entertainment was very low key infact this year it was virtually none existent. Previous years we had more quality music in the main bar and restaurants and some good quality theatre shows. Granted the theatre for some reason was often just half full but the quality of entertainment was usually very good. Seems Ikos have scrapped the entertainment in the theatre now which for some people including us is disappointing. We went to the main bar twice and both times we went to the bar as waiter service was very slow. On one occasion my daughter asked for a pineapple daiquiri and was given a strawberry daiquiri . Ikos were given her food allergy list and strawberries were on there. Easily swapped however just little things like this added up because of the other problems that we encountered over the holiday. I’ve given three stars only because once we complained to management they went out of their way to try and make it up to us. We were asked what they could do for us, we didn’t want a thing apart from better quality food (which didn’t happen) and the service that Ikos are reputable for. This is the reason people pay Ikos prices because food, service and quality of staff are usually second to none. We were asked if we’d like tattinger champagne with our meals each night after our complaint but this wasn’t really an advantage to us as we don’t like champagne 🙈 we only wanted what we pay these high prices for. Good service and good food. To be fair the service around the pool after we complained got much better however they still don’t bring things around nowhere near as often like they used to. Staff are all still absolutely lovely and I don’t blame them atall, it just felt that Ikos as a whole had cut back on their services and certainly on their food quality aswell (not including seasons and Provence) Big shout out to Angelo at the cocktail bar though, he made us some wonderful surprise cocktails and have to say this was the highlight of the holiday. Can’t say we will be back unfortunately and will now look at giving the Ikos brand a miss as the pricing is just getting crazy and the quality and service levels are dropping in our opinion It’s not value for money anymore as far as we are concerned
