Hard Rock Hotel Marbella

Pobyt w hotelu oceniam na plus . Ale niestety obsługa nie do końca jest uczciwa . Zostawiłem perfumy za 300 euro w pokoju ponieważ zapomniałem spakowac. Zgłosiłem sytuację do recepcji. I okazuje sie ze pani sprzątająca nic nie znalazła. Perfumy zostały tam na 100% wuec uważam że zostały przywlaszczone

Plusy: Wygodne łóżko i dobra lokalizacja, ciekawy basen. Minusy (jest ich więcej): Hotel drogi i wymaga za wszystko dopłat, kapsułki kawy w pokoju, nie ważne czy jest się na 1 noc czy na 2 tygodnie - dostaje się 2 normalne kawy i 2 bezkofeinowej, pozostałe płatne. Zdanie pokoju do 13:00 ekstra płatne , lepsze leżaki przy basenie płatne , drogi parking bez zabezpieczenia. Głośna klimatyzacja i małe pokoje. Lepiej nie zostawiać pokrowców w łazience bo obsługa może uznać że są do wyrzucenia i recepcja później rozkłada ręce bezradnie. Lepiej dopłacić za pokój z widokiem na basen. Parking hotelowy drogi ( 25€ ) a nie gwarantuje nic bezpieczeństwa. Lepiej zostawić na bezpłatnym publicznym obok, za darmo, miejsca zwalniają się późnym popołudniem.

A beautiful clean hotel, which is very lively and music pumping out from 11am until around 7/8. To be fair, if you’re booking this hotel, surely you must expect loud music, DJ’s and entertainment, which I found great and thoroughly enjoyed. The rooftop pool (sun society) is gorgeous, with amazing sunbeds for two with a lovely canopy easily put up. They have 9 of these sunbeds up there and to get one you need to be there no later than 10.30am! The entertainment one day was a lead guitarist and a drummer. Brilliant! Staff are helpful and friendly. The reason for my 4 stars and not 5 is that the service for food and drink by the pools does not run well at all, and really needs to change to be more efficient! You cannot order at the bar - only by your sunbed or if sitting at a table. There are not enough staff to take orders by your sunbed so we ended up waiting for someone who never came! This is after being told to go back to our sunbed ‘where someone will come and take your order’. Didn’t happen. So we went to a table and yes that seemed to work. Also saw staff wandering around a very large rooftop pool area with tray of food and drink looking for the people who ordered. Sometimes it took a long while before they found them! Staff work hard to serve food and drink and they really are trying, it’s the system that’s failing them! In my opinion, it would be far better to allow people to order at the bar, then give them a timer notification which many restaurants have when your order is ready to collect. That way, more staff would be available to serve drinks as and when people arrive at the bar, which peak times would be busy. I mean, sometimes I just wanted to purchase a water, and it was such a hassle to try and do that. Should be easy and stress free! Please please be a normal bar and DON’T turn people away from it without ordering! It’s a great hotel with amazing cocktails (when you finally get one!) and I would recommend and return (came here when H10 too, but this is a huge improvement). One massive plus is that this hotel has MILK JUGS at breakfast! Been in hotels all around the world and never known one to have a milk jug, always have to put milk for my tea in a glass. It’s the small touches like this that make this hotel. Breakfast is superb. Super clean and great choice of foods. Everything here is set up perfectly and there’s no confusion, runs like clockwork! Both pool bars (Eden/Sun society) need to be as efficient! Overall we had a wonderful time and would return, thank you!

After reading the reviews I was nervous about staying at the hard rock Marbella, between food poisoning claims, withholding deposit and rude staff, I was apprehensive to say the least… but I am delighted to say that the experience was the complete opposite. Staff were lovely, felt very safe with the security on the door, supermarket opposite convenient, room was clean and spacious, pool lovely and breakfast buffet exceeded expectations. Really chuffed with the stay and would recommend to stay again! Deposit was weird on my card and didn’t show up but 3 weeks later and I have no money missing so can’t complain. Just use a credit card if you’re worried. Thanks hard rock!!

Lovely hotel. Beautiful rooms. Food is amazing. Staff are lovely. Hotel entertainment was really amazing. Lovely Beach, shops, bars about 10 minute walk away. There’s a subway near hotel that goes under main road. Ask where this is rather than attempt to cross the busy road. It’s much easier and safer. There’s a small supermarket directly opposite the entrance which is handy. And taxi’s park up along side hotel which is handy to use to get about.
