Tsamis Zante Suites

Very nice hotel, modern, comfortable, clean and tidy. Food was good, we were half board. Slightly remote, so I’d recommend hiring a car for at least a few days. Staff were all very pleasant. The first day of our stay was the second day after it opened for the 2025 season, so the hotel was not too busy or noisy, we never had any problems getting a table or loungers.

Being at the higher end of my 40's now, I have travelled a lot. Quite a few times arriving at a hotel to wonder how the photos and the reviews could possibly match where I was?! Well this place was exactly as the photos and the numerous 5* review's! Firstly IT IS Adults ONLY! Wonderfully quiet, clean and the exceptionally friendly staff made our stay the best holiday we have had. We had a pool room, which was definitely worth the extra, as from 2:30 each day we had complete privacy in the sun and pool, on our own terrace. With particular thanks to :- Angela and her team. Vasilis, thank you for being so welcoming and attentive. Doris, made us welcome every meal time with a smashing smile. Marco (the egg man), and later the bar man, Stella for the best cocktails, and numerous others we can not name all, but it's heart felt thanks to you all

1. Recommend to take a pool villa ( garden view is quite) 2. Very kind staff 3. BF was so so but dinner was good ( We had HB package) 4. Gym was very small in my opinion ( half under ground) 5. Possible to snorkeling in the sea from coast of the hotel ( not amazing but okay ) 6. Supermarket is 2mins drive way 7. Parking was just okay to us ( free) but would have problem if we would back to hotel late

Been twice to this hotel now, clean and tidy, and have plenty of room for sunbeds by swimming pools. Room cleaned daily, and changed towels daily if required. The bathroom in our room needed a refresh as you could read all the writing on the plaster board. It would have been nice to have a decent size cup and kettle to make a cup tea, a coffee maker not ideal, and no milk portions to use. Reception staff helpful and friendly arranged a scooter for us for the week. Mini shop within a ten min walk and cash point so you can get all you need. The food in the main restaurant this year was slightly disappointing not overly hot. There was a decent selection of food, but I just preferred last year choices than this year. In general very chilled holiday.

Peaceful/quiet holiday We spent 10 days in this hotel, the staff are all so wonderful, from front desk, to bar tenders, cleaners, masseurs, all the staff in the dining room. A very relaxing stay. We recommend renting a car to get around which we’d recommend. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, just a couple of other restaurants, a shop and a petrol station close by. Which is exactly what we wanted. The roads are easy to navigate with sat nav. The other towns were nothing special, main Zakynthos town, go two or three streets back from the main strip and you’ll find a few nice shops but nothing exceptional. Porto Niova beach was a great find. A few parasols to rent and very few people. The beach is stony, but step in 6-8 feet and it’s flat sand so great for not so strong swimmers. A nice relaxing holiday, great hotel if you’re craving peace and quiet and being away from the crowds.
