Serenity Luxury Hotel Agrilia

Na pierwszym miejscu zdecydowanie panie które dbają żeby hotel był posprzątany. (1-5 to 5+). Drugie miejsce Zajmują pokoje dość duże , wygodne łóżko, super prysznic, duży balkon, sejf, czajnik, mini lodówka.( 1-5 - 4)  Następnie śniadanie (1-5 - 1)!!! Do plaży 20 - 25 minut spacerem (taxi 10 euto w jedną stronę) Hotel jest parę minut spacerem od głównej drogi, tam też jest przystanek z którego można pojechać do Zakhyntos (30 minut)

This place is a little gem. Pool area is clean with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, nice and peaceful as well. Reception staff are a delight and there is a little cafe bar attached with outdoor seating and a roof terrace. Breakfast is low key with continental and cooked buffet available. The rooms are kept spotless and are quiet and comfortable with a proper separate shower room with a decent shower, none of this open plan nonsense that we seem to see a lot of these days, plenty of hot water and again kept spotless every day. Air con is perfect, quiet and efficient. The hotel is fairly close to the main road but it is not intrusive and no noisy clubs or bars nearby. There is a decent supermarket literally 2 minutes walk away. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and tbh the road itself is quite busy but the quality of food is reasonable and a shout out to Grumpy’s smokehouse that does lovely tapas and quality grilled meats with a warm welcome. We did miss the sea a little but the pool was so quiet and relaxing that it didn’t really matter. A great little find as long as you’re not expecting g 5 star luxury, definitely a solid 3 stars and amazing value at the price.

Myself and my mum decided to book a last minute break in August 2023 with Tui. From the minute we arrived we knew we had made a big mistake. Described as luxury apartments in a quiet location was far from the truth. Apartment was very basic but over all clean. Aircon was non existent. Breakfast was appalling, tinned fruit, no fresh juice, very small selection mix and match cheap food. Location is just one turn from the main Zante strip, constant noise from mopeds, lorry’s, party goers and a very long walk to the beach. Worst thing was the pool area - dirty, full of green algae, old inflatables left flowing on the pool for the whole week we were there. Sun beds extremely grubby, some falling apart. Did not see the pool clean once when we were there. Maintenance man if that’s what he is with a leaf blower at 9.30am blowing debris all around the pool whilst holiday makers are sunbathing. Directly behind the apartments with pool veiw there is a resident that has dog kennels, dogs barking continuously day and night. I think we counted 17 dogs. We had no option to complain and lucky enough got a £700 refund from Tui. Avoid!
