Planos Aparthotel

We had a great week in a lovely hotel. The staff are all friendly and keen for everyone to enjoy their stay. Before we . went I read some bad reviews about the food - I have no idea why. There is a huge choice and even the fussiest eater could find something they liked. Everywhere is clean and the rooms are cleaned everyday with clean towels given daily. The hotel opposite is bigger and noisier but it is good to be able to enjoy their entertainment nights. There are bars, restaurants and beaches within a short walk.

We are coming to the end of our weeks stay here, and I will say 3 members of staff in particular have made our week here fantastic! Emmanuel - who works the bar in the morning, who had gone to the effort every morning to make my wife an Oat Milk iced latte Maria - who works in the restaurant and covers the bar at times who has really just looked after us. Sona - who works the bar in the evening who is just such a nice person who has always been a friendly face and no matter how much pressure she has been under just always gave everything to look after everyone If you see any of them this year please just be nice to them they work so hard and will make your stay here fantastic! Olivia on reception has also been really good with anything we have asked her. We came as a group of 13 this week, across 4 bookings and we have not been disappointed with anything but the staff I mention above have really gone above and beyond for us. My ask to all of you if you encounter them understand the pressures they are under and a please and thank you goes a VERY long way with all the staff! Certainly going to miss the staff here more than any other hotel we have stayed at in years, even considerably more expensive hotels and we are all quite side our time at the Planos Hotel is coming to an end tomorrow!

Just returned from a week staying here (all inclusive). Cannot recommend this hotel enough! On arrival staff brought us all drinks while we were checking in. All members of staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful. Rooms modern, new mattresses on the beds and very clean. Fresh fruit and a bottle of wine in the room and bottles of water in the fridge waiting for us- a nice touch. Room service daily. All rooms seem to have a pool view too. The food was delicious. The hotel isn't that large so cooked and served fresh. Another bonus was due to the hotel size, there was no mad rush during mealtimes. The all-inclusive drinks menu had a great selection of cocktails, common local versions of spirits (but sadly no Malibu!), lager and soft drinks. What I would say is there is very little for families with young children and no hotel entertainment if that's what you're looking for in a holiday. We've had a wonderful time during our stay and plan to return to this little gem made even better with such lovely staff.

Stayed here for 7 nights on Bed & Breakfast basis. Nice high level room which got sun teatime early evening which was lovely on coming back in. Hotel was relaxed environment, could easily get a lounger round the pool which we used a couple of days but we generally prefer the beach so walked to the main beach which is a bit larger then the one close to the hotel. We used the Venus beach bar sunbeds for 15€ and we got some exercise. Nearest restaurants and supermarkets just 2mins away so lovation is fine and walk a lithle further and the bars and restaurants of planos are plenty but carry on and come into main centre of tsilivi. Basically spoilt for choice. On arrival we received a welcome drink and shoem to our room which had a complimentary bottle of wine and plate of ftuit plus a bottle of water which was a nice touch. The water was replaced evet day which was very appreciated. The maid kept thd room topped up with tea and coffee each day and left it spotless. All the staff were really friendly thd whole hotel was very clean snd kept tidy. Would recommend this hotel.

We had a fabulous first family holiday with our 10 month old. All the staff members were really friendly and attentive and couldn't do enough for you. Our little boy took a particular shine to Maria, Chris and Sona who made such a fuss of him and helped to make our first family holiday really special. The food was really good and well labelled (which helps being a vegan and having a baby with an egg allergy). The staff were again really helpful when I had questions about the food. My only gripe is that most of vegan-friendly options on the snack menu were not included as part of the "all inclusive" package. The whole hotel is immaculate and well kept. We were really impressed by this. The travel cot provided was really comfortable and a great size. The location was excellent - really close to a lovely beach and walking distance to good bars and restaurants in Planos and Tsilivi (25 mins with a pushchair to the furthest point).
