Lesante Cape Resort & Villas

I have nothing but a glowing recommendation for the Lesante Collection of Resorts on the Greek island of Zakynthos. In 2019, I decided to propose to my then girlfriend at Lesante Blu. The resort itself was amazing. We had a suite with an individual pool and breathtaking sea views. But the best part was how the staff went above and beyond the call of duty to help me propose. I told my girlfriend that we were going to the edge of the resort so we could see the sun set next to the island of Kefalonia (which is clearly visible from the resort). As we were crossing the resort grounds, we walked through the helipad on the property, at which point the staff turned on the landing lights. I then knelt in the middle of the circular helipad and asked for her hand in marriage. She said yes! Jump forward to 2024. In the five years since, we had grown to a family of three. We had read that Lesante had opened Lesante Cape, a family-friendly resort. After our experience at Lesante Blu, we wanted to try Lesante Cape. We were, again, blown away. From the individual suite with private pool to the amazing amenities, including several pools with stunning cliffside sea views, multiple dining establishments (featuring a brunch buffet with an impressive spread), a “kids club” where staff supervise fun activities for your children (allowing parents to have a couple of hours of free time), and expansive grounds with lots of places to explore and unwind. The resort had so much to offer that we hardly left (although the staff did arrange a dinner in the city center and a beach excursion for us). I generally do not write reviews because I am not motivated or inspired to do so. (And, to be honest, when I do write a review, it is usually to complain about something.) But our experience at the Lesante Cape merits high praise.

Amazing hotel and staff. We felt so welcome and our room with own pool was 10/10. Best breakfast that we have had. Our only down side was dinners at Elea. We had half board so we ate few nights in Elea. Those Elea dinners was not 5 star experience. More like 2-3 stars because there was not much to choose from and mostly pasta/rice bowls with no nutrient value just mushy carbs. Zakynthian night dinners was 5 star and included to our half board. We ate also at Bostani and at the other restaurant by the pools there food was good. We are thinking a new travel to Lesante Cape but only thing we are worried is Eleas dinners because there are no restaurants nearby. I have stayed in other 5 star award winning hotels where food has been really 5 out of 5. So hopefully 2025 Eleas dining concept will be enhanced to 5 star experience.

Incredible service and amenities. The complimentary breakfast offers you everything you could ever want including mimosa's if you want. The pools are everywhere and having your own beach to relax in is a big plus. The staff is so attentive and welcoming as well. You will not be disappointed. Keep in mind that the pools are not heated here like they are in North America so if you arrive in the shoulder season be prepared to have a chilly swim.
