Hotel z ciekawą architekturą. Bardzo stara się urozmaicić pobyt gości; kino, DJ. Restauracja warta polecenia, miła obsługa. Pokoje komfortowe. Minus za niestaranne podejście do gościa recepcji przez co był problem z moim wyjazdem na lotnisko. Plaża mało atrakcyjna brak możliwości spaceru po niej.

choć piękny po remoncie hotel , ładnie utrzymany teren , czysto w pokojach, fajna obsługa w restauracji i barach ,to tyle dalej już źle , ponad 30 min czekanie po podróży 2,5 godzinnej z lotniska na zameldowanie choć innych gości nie było w recepcji . Oprowadzanie po hotelu ? jak ktoś lubi to tak , poruszanie nie jest tam skomplikowane .Nie zgodny pokój z rezerwacją , wymiana pokoju ,znowu niezgodnie z rezerwacją .Machnięcie ręką na to wszystko .Zawiadomienie przedstawiciela biura .Biuro nie może się skontaktować z recepcją itd . Zwrot przez Biuro pieniędzy . Może warto przeszkolić obsługę w recepcji jak i pilnować i udostępniać pokoje zgodne z zamówioną rezerwacją . Straciłam 4 dni na korespondencję .

This upmarket resort doesn't quite live up to its image of luxury for beautiful people. It is pleasant enough but the area around the resort is rather featureless, which means that you need to be happy confining yourself to the hotel. The rooms are to a high standard although ours had a corridor between the bedroom and the bathroom, which featured a sofa and TV. Why anyone would want to watch TV in a narrow corridor is beyond me. However the biggest gripe for my wife and myself is that the buffet food is not kept hot. You have to lucky to be present when a new serving is put out. In a very modern hotel I'm surprised they haven't found the means to keep food hot. The worst offence was cold eggs at breakfast. A cardinal sin in my book. We enjoyed our stay but it could have been better. The hotel was full so they must be doing something right

Overall, the experience was excellent, largely thanks to some exceptional staff members. Helena was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable and promptly dealt with any room issues we had. Petros made the holiday. His experience, kindness and knowledge of personal health and fitness surpassed my expectations. His advice and prescribed exercises indeed significantly reduced pain I had been experiencing. Should I return, I truly hope they will both be there still! Mohammed kindly organised our two room changes with efficiency and understanding. The location itself is excellent. Bring beach shoes as it can be tricky entering the water! The food was delicious and the restaurant staff were a delight. Be aware that the rooms vary immensely in size and location, and consider whether you like a quieter stay or one closer to the nightly music. Overall, with the knowledge we have of the resort, we would definitely return, with some carefully identified requests! Note: the private 'pool' is more a dip pool rather than a swimming pool.

Numo was one of our best hotel experiences ever. Entering the bright, wonderfully furnished lobby you can already start relaxing with a fresh homemade welcome drink while waiting for the extraordinary friendly staff to prepare everything. Katerina K. Introduced us to the facilities in such a welcoming way and made our entire stay exceptional. We actually changed our plans to come back to this hotel at the end of our trip because we liked it so much. We loved our room! The manager of the hotel was also extremely friendly and helpful regarding our last minute changes in plans and they offered us a wonderful room and service. I can highly recommend a massage with Despina at the Spa. Also the cinema experience was wonderful. The yoga classes and fitness classes were amazing. Food was also the highest quality and super delicious. We will definitely come back!
