Hotel z ciekawą architekturą. Bardzo stara się urozmaicić pobyt gości; kino, DJ. Restauracja warta polecenia, miła obsługa. Pokoje komfortowe. Minus za niestaranne podejście do gościa recepcji przez co był problem z moim wyjazdem na lotnisko. Plaża mało atrakcyjna brak możliwości spaceru po niej.

choć piękny po remoncie hotel , ładnie utrzymany teren , czysto w pokojach, fajna obsługa w restauracji i barach ,to tyle dalej już źle , ponad 30 min czekanie po podróży 2,5 godzinnej z lotniska na zameldowanie choć innych gości nie było w recepcji . Oprowadzanie po hotelu ? jak ktoś lubi to tak , poruszanie nie jest tam skomplikowane .Nie zgodny pokój z rezerwacją , wymiana pokoju ,znowu niezgodnie z rezerwacją .Machnięcie ręką na to wszystko .Zawiadomienie przedstawiciela biura .Biuro nie może się skontaktować z recepcją itd . Zwrot przez Biuro pieniędzy . Może warto przeszkolić obsługę w recepcji jak i pilnować i udostępniać pokoje zgodne z zamówioną rezerwacją . Straciłam 4 dni na korespondencję .

The hotel rooms, dining area, and pool are beautiful areas. My favorite areas in the hotel are the spa, especially Sofia for deep tissue, the health club especially Petros who teaches classes , the yoga instructor, the manager ( forgot name) and Alina at the front desk. The fitness instructor , Petros is very knowledgeable about fitness and body mechanics. You need to take his classes. Sofia is a very small lady but her ability to deliver a deep tissue massage is the best!!! The Yoga instructor is very good and positive as well. The dining room employees are very friendly and do their best. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you from Janice !!😊

Just returned from a fabulous stay at this hotel. We were there for a week and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing. Some things to call out as particularly excellent: - The spa. The ladies are amazing here and the deep tissue massage is amongst the best I’ve ever had. - Menoa has brilliant food and you get a discount if you are half board - Pool vibes - you can go chilled or more vibe-y and there’s plenty of beach loungers. Absolutely no need to get up the crack of dawn to reserve your spot which is a relief when you’re on holiday. - The staff. Incredibly hard working and always very kind and happy to chat. The guys by the pool bar don’t stop in the day! - I didn’t make use of the fitness facilities but there seemed to be a great space for them and plenty of classes. Things to improve: - Lobby bar wasn’t open when we were there due to it being lower season but it would’ve been useful as we had a few windy days and it was too cold to sit at the pool bar in the evening - this is obviously subjective but breakfast wasn’t the best when it came to hot options. Eggs were often quite cold and the sausage and bacon was definitely geared more towards German tastes than British. However, the yoghurt and toppings and fresh bread and continental options were very good. - can be pretty slow to get drinks at dinner, especially in Menoa. I think they are using the pool bar to make all of the drinks and it meant nearly a 15 minute wait for our cocktails. However there was no rush at dinner so we didn’t mind overly. This hotel is in a remote area and you will need to get a taxi into town or get a car to get around. It was €10 to get into town but I think in the future, we would go up to Agios or spend a day in Elounda as Ierapetra didn’t have much going on. The front desk can make some very good restaurant and day trip recommendations. As I haven’t seen anybody giving any menu pricing and I would have found it useful to know - a glass of wine is between €8-9.50 and cocktails are around the €13-€15 mark. Kedros Rosé for pale Provence style rosé. The lunches at the pool bar are a reasonable size and me and a friend split a club sandwich most days. This was €20 and came with chips. Menoa cost around €120 with a tip for two with wine. We would return again and we also want to check out more of the curio collection by Hilton. I would recommend this for people looking to really relax or who want a fitness vibe with their holiday. It’s definitely a low-key resort and there isn’t much to do in the evenings.

Make no mistake, Numo Ierapetra is an absolute gem in a quiet corner of Crete. Right on the ocean, the hotel tips onto a sandy beach with clear sparkling azure seas. A short drive into the hills or along the coast offers breathtaking views and wonderful tavernas. Hire a car because there is too much here to miss. The hotel is not small but clever design and joyfully friendly staff provide a personable, boutique experience which is both exceptional and memorable. Highlights were the beautifully appointed contemporary rooms, a stunning a la carte restaurant, and two stunning pools. Entertainment was exceptional. No cheesy bands, just a very cool DJ playing some chilled sounds with an occasional accompaniment. One afternoon he was joined by a superb vocalist singing some R&B and Soul classics. Soaring vocals and utterly wonderful. The icing on the entertainment cake was an outdoor cinema with a nightly movie following dinner. We sat in loungers on a barmy evening watching a cracking movie with a bottle of good red wine. Could it get any better! Other highlights include the gym. It is small but well equipped with a good cross section of cardio and weight training kit. Also offered are daily classes from HIIT and Circuit Training through to Yoga and Meditation. Five gold stars to Gym Manager and Personal Trainer, Petros. A wonderful man and a very special trainer with great knowledge and new ideas. Crete is worth visiting just to train with him. Tina our yoga instructor is also brilliant. There is plenty to recommend at Numo Ierapetra but what will bring us back are the wonderful, friendly staff. Every single individual excelled and made us feel welcome and relaxed while delivering five star service at the same time. Special mention to Dimitra and her team. Lia, Rodanthi, Despoina, Eleni and Manos were exceptional. In Guest Experience Costa was superb, and Dana was helpful beyond words. Thankyou Numo Ierapetra. A truly deserved 10/10.
