Lovely clean room. Food was tasty. Always able to get a sunbed. Limited drinks menu for all inclusive and quite repetitive music by the pool. We arrived around 1am so didn’t have dinner that night and our departure flight was at 11pm on our last day - they cut our bands off at 11am at check out so we couldn’t have any more food/drink. I have not experienced this before with all inclusive and as we had booked a package we didn’t expect the package to end 12 hours before our flight home, we were told this was a policy of the company we booked the package through but we booked through the same company at another hotel in Crete last year and didn’t experience this. I understand it’s quite new and definitely has a lot of potential and is in a beautiful setting to be quiet but close enough to bars, shops and restaurants

I don’t know who’s writing the reviews for this Hotel but they have never stayed here it’s the strangest place we have ever stayed at. The food is good if you like salad and fish my favourite which is ok with us . Bar staff are good but they can only work with what they are given. The Entertainment is awful we waited 2 hour for someone to come along and press play on a laptop. The cinema they keep telling you about when checking in is never open. We are disappointed with the Hotel. No reps here to talk to when asked at reception they informed us jet2 don’t come to this hotel 🤯 unfortunately we won’t be coming back here again. We had high hopes for a good stay but have been disappointed upto now

I’ve never been to Crete before, despite regularly visiting Greece. I booked my whole holiday just with the premise of staying in the Momi Slow Living hotel, as it looked absolutely beautiful in the photos. It is actually more beautiful in real life! The whole hotel is designed in a stunning rustic, bohemian style. All the design details have clearly been really well considered. We had a standard room, which was perfectly big enough for two people, with a comfy bed and a large shower which was fabulous. I slept really well every night on holiday. The rooms are lovely and clean and the ladies work really hard to keep all the rooms clean and tidy. We stayed all inclusive, and I honestly think that the food on offer was the best I’ve had in an all inclusive hotel. All the meals are fresh and based around the local Cretan produce. The Greek salad is to die for! With all inclusive you also get a good selection of drinks to choose from, although I think you may have to pay more for some of the premium drinks. The hotel is extremely relaxing, with a focus on wellbeing. It is quite quiet, which suited us, but it may not for someone who is looking for the livelier side of Hersonissos. The staff are lovely and friendly and cannot do enough to help you. A brilliant stay! Thank you ✌🏻

I know this is a fairly new hotel so I want to do it justice with this review and hopefully give all the information I couldn't find when I booked. Firstly this hotel is far nicer than any of the ones along the sea front. The rooms are great and the beds are very comfortable. The only thing I will mention is that the fridge is pretty loud and the lighting is quite dim so not ideal for getting ready! The staff were all great. We went all inclusive - theres not a huge selection of alcohol included in that but we were never thirsty! I dont think there is enough staff during meal services as it is hard to flag them down if you need anything. Now onto the food - it did seem to be quite pork heavy, but when we checked in they asked for dietary restrictions so I assume they would cater to people who do not eat pork. Its not a huge buffet but better quality than most all inclusives. You definitely wont go hungry! The background music in the restaurant and by the pool is incredibly repetitive and started to get really annoying. A big thank you to Daniel the bartender playing something different in the evenings because it gave the bar a much nicer vibe when he did. For those interested in the gym there are - 2 treadmills, a bike, a rowing machine, a cable machine and various dumbbells that go up to 20kg. It will be crowded if more than 3 people are in there. The spa treatment I had was great, but I was disappointed that nobody had told me that to use the sauna you have to book in advance so bear that in mind. Also evening entertainment is every Tuesday night....it would be great if there was more. The beach/strip/bars/shops are a 10 minute walk downhill. 30 mins walk up the hill is the old town which is a completely different vibe and very cute. It is by far a much better place to eat. Drink by the beach, eat in the old town.

If you chose this hotel for bed and breakfast for a day or two only it’s probably fine. If you intend to stay for either longer, half board or all inclusive it is disappointing and not of four star quality. The main issue is the food. It is of poor quality, repetitive and most importantly cold or Luke warm at best Despite complaining twice and then to our tour operator it did not improve. When cold food was reported to the manger it was scraped off the plate and put into a microwave the put back on the same plate . People just ended up eating out. All inclusive drinks were very limited, no local spirits other than raki and ouzo. No waiter service if you were AI .Towels for the pool were threadbare (when available ) . Room was not cleaned unless we reminded them 4 out of the 7 days we were there. The hotel looks lovely on the website and in photos, but it is more style than substance .
