Marina was really friendly, she was professional and the drinks she served were delicious. She was doing a great job and was doing her job with passion.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was just what we were looking for — peaceful, surrounded by nature, and far from the city noise. Perfect for relaxing and recharging. Service was excellent. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we could even extend our stay for a few hours before our transfer. Special thanks to Anna at reception — very kind and helpful, and she understands some Russian. The room was bright and clean, with everything working perfectly. Housekeeping came daily, and the staff were friendly and professional. Big thanks to Eva and Arina at the beach bar — great cocktails and warm attitude. We also enjoyed the food at Mosaic Restaurant — always fresh and tasty, with good variety. Thanks to the maître d’ for excellent service! The hotel is great for families — pools with slides, swings, photo spots, and areas for both kids and adults. You can also walk to a nearby fishing village or rent a car at the hotel to explore the area. The buggy drivers were always ready to help, especially Giorgos — very polite and positive! Tip: choose a hotel that fits your expectations and remember to stay kind — we all come from different cultures. Thank you to the staff for making our vacation so special!

Disappointing for a 5-star hotel – not worth the expectations We stayed for 7 nights all-inclusive at Minos Imperial Beach Resort, booked through Love Holidays. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected from a 5-star resort. Upon arrival, we were given a room that was completely different from what we had booked: dirty, full of insects, far from the beach and the main building where the restaurant is located. We asked the reception to change the room, but were told the hotel was fully booked. We also tried to contact the agency, but the in-app chat didn’t work and the phone number was only available from 9 AM to 8 PM – not helpful when checking in during the evening. Only after submitting a written complaint directly to the hotel were we moved to the correct room – the one we had actually paid for – on the second day. The location is beautiful, with stunning views and proximity to the sea. However, the service quality is extremely poor for a so-called 5-star hotel: – The staff is unprofessional, arrogant and at times outright rude. – Cleanliness is lacking, even in the upgraded rooms. – Bar and restaurant staff are impolite and make guests feel unwelcome. – The all-inclusive experience is underwhelming and nowhere near luxury standards. I strongly advise future guests to read recent reviews carefully before booking. The natural surroundings are the only positive aspect – everything else needs serious improvement. I would not return and cannot recommend it to those looking for a true premium holiday experience.

Provessional stuff with very good attitude. Very nice atmosphere. Nice beach and pools. Landscape of the hotel is located on the hill which gives very authentic view.
