Najgorszy hotel w jakim byliśmy nie zasługuje nawet na jedną gwiazdkę jedzenia mało ciągle to samo rano nic jeszcze nie ma pusto dostawiając po otwarciu restauracji ok pół godziny pod koniec jak ktoś przyjdzie to już nic nie ma . Szef restauracji nadęty bufon nawet dzień dobry nie mówi chodzi patrzy ile nakładasz pokazuje zegarek jak siedzisz dłużej niż 15min żadnych atrakcji hotelowych przez siedem dni była raz muzyka na żywo jedyny plus pokoje ładne nigdy tu nie wrócimy żałujemy wydanej kasy lokalnie ten hotel ma 5 gwiazdek nie zasługuje nawet na pół odradzam każdemu

Having read the reviews after booking, I was slightly nervous about staying here. On reflection, the majority of the negative comments are relatively accurate from other reviews. However, I gradually warmed to the hotel and enjoyed my stay here. If you’re looking for a quick getaway somewhere with edible food and get a good deal here, this place would be fine. If you’re booking for a special occasion, I’d look elsewhere. I found the room to be comfortable with good aircon and a nicely sized balcony. The room was noisy though, mainly during the day with noisy neighbours and only one evening when the hotel music was on. Otherwise I slept really well here. The food options were limited and very average, especially the fish dishes. My favourite had to be the breakfast omelettes and the Greek salad with great tzatziki served as well. I didn’t even bother with using the pools because there were hardly enough beds for the number of guests, with many being guarded with people’s towels from early in the morning. I’d recommend the beach just a short walk down the road from the hotel entrance. It’s a bit rocky but great for snorkelling with lots of colourful fish and clear water!! Although it was not the 5 star hotel advertised on the hotel branding and booking.com, I still managed to get a good value all inclusive deal here, given it was booked on short notice in the height of summer, and I still enjoyed my stay.

Great hotel, highly recommend! The food is delicious and fresh, there is a lot of vegetarian options which was a nice suprise. The staff is very nice. The rooms are pretty and clean. The beach is very close. Amazing experiance. Staying here was the right choice.

Just returned from 2 weeks at this hotel def not a 5 star maybe a 3 at a push . Been to Crete many times and this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Hardly any sun beds and most are broken the manager really miserable never spoke one to me and my husband in 2 weeks when we said morning to him The staff are rude and not friendly at all you’ve barely finished your food and they take your plate away made to feel uncomfortable . So we decided to eat out more the food is ok like most all inclusive hotels the drinks poor no good cocktails and week measure in spirits . The rooms are clean that’s the only good thing about this hotel I def woudnt stay or recommend this hotel I would say avoid many more really nice hotels in hersonisos. We met some nice people that’s what made this holiday . STAY AWAY from Lorraine and Dave from York
