Nie wiem skąd są takie dobre opinie o tym hotelu. Byliśmy z rodziną na majówkę 2024 r. Hotel był zupełnie nie przygotowany do obsługi gości, co personel tłumaczył tym, że to z powodu tego, że rozpoczynają właśnie sezon. Jedzenie w restauracji skromne, z ryb to głównie panga, raz tylko w ciągu tygodnia owoce morza i to w takiej ilości, że tylko dostał ten kto był pierwszy w kolejce. W restauracji a'la carte córka zamówiła spaghetti bolognese i kelner zszedł na dół do stołówki i przyniósł danie z kolacji !!! Żenada. Basen wewnętrzny tylko dla dorosłych, a pogoda nie była rewelacyjna i woda w basenach zewnętrznych nie była podgrzewana, więc bardzo niemiłe zaskoczenie. Nawet moja 15- letnia córka została wyproszona, pomimo że spokojnie leżała na leżaku. Pokój też nie zgadzał się z opisem. Zamiast pokoju dla dzieci była ciemna wąska nyża mieszcząca tylko 2 pojedyncze łóżka. Pokoje rodzinne są łączone cienką ścianą, przez którą słychać sąsiadującą rodzinę. Wieczorna dyskoteka trwała 45 minut !!! a zapraszani na nią byliśmy przez cały dzień. Początkowo myśleliśmy, że koniec imprezy o 22 godz jest żartem, ale to była prawda. Animacji wieczornych nie było zbyt wiele, a w ciągu dnia też niewiele się działo. Kiepski wyjazd. Szkoda pieniędzy. Lepiej za podobną dumę wybrać inny hotel. Nie polecam tego hotelu

Ekstremt overrasket over hotellet. Vi bestilte via Ving, var en del fasiliteter som det ikke ble vist bilder av på nettsiden, som var der. Dette var et stort pluss i boka, og Ving burde virkelig legge til bilder av dette (supermarked, små butikker osv innpå hotellet). Stort område der man kunne spise, var også en egen plass for personer over 16 år ( det var et stort pluss, og stille og rolig). God mat og drikke. God service . Flotte mennesker som jobbet der. Alltid ledige solsenger på stranda. Vi kommer tilbake!

Das Hotel macht einen guten gepflegten Eindruck. Im Hauptrestaurant hatte man am Buffet eine riesen Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr emsig mit dem Auffüllen des Buffet und dem Abräumen der Tische. Selbst 10 Minuten vor Ende des Buffet war alles noch sehr appettitlich. Dies lag auch an dem guten Verhalten der Gäste. Das griechische Spezialitäten Restaurant erfüllte nicht unsere Erwartungen. Das Essen war nicht deutlich anders als im Standardrestaurant. Auch bessere inkludierte Getränke hätten den Abend abgerundet. Die inkludierten Getränke sind generell ein Problem. Viele sind nicht genießbar. Dies gilt insbesondere für die Cocktails. Das Familienzimmer war groß und im guten Zustand. Es wäre jedoch schön, wenn auch das Waschbecken in einem extra Raum wäre und somit man die Kinder nicht beim Zähneputzen stört.

Unforgettable vacation It was one of the best summer vacations of our family. Briefly about all + and -. Beach and sea. The sea is incredibly warm, transparent, clean, there were almost no waves, the entrance to the sea is gradual, convenient for both children and adults. There were no stones at all, the beach is sandy, shoes for a stony beach were not needed. There are always plenty of free sunbeds on the beach. Towels and sunbeds are free. Some sunbeds in the first row on the beach in the morning were already marked with "Reserved" signs, so there is an opportunity to reserve a sunbed, but we did not use it, there was no such need. Hotel room. We had a room with a partial sea view, located in the central building (where the reception is). In fact, it was the perfect full sea view! It should be considered that the hotel is located on a mountain, so the path from the reception to the pool and the sea goes down. Next time we would prefer a room by the pool. I am attaching a photo of the hotel map to the review so that you can clearly see how the hotel rooms are located. Animation. The hotel has a team of very cool animators who conduct activities in the pool, on the beach, in the fitness area, work with children in the kids club, and also conduct evening shows, beach and pool parties, children's discos. The coolest animation I've ever seen. I am attaching some photos from the evening shows. Food. A huge variety of food for every taste. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the main restaurant. Snacks between main meals can be taken at the pool bar and Deli Cafe on the 4th floor of the main building. In the main restaurant there is a children's area, where children pick their own food. Also, the restaurant has a special terrace for adults only (16+). For us, the choice of food was varied, the food was very tasty, there were also a lot of fruits and sweets. It was very difficult to control myself and not overeat 😊. The coffee in the machine is soluble, but in the morning in the parents' area of the main restaurant, you could make yourself a brewed coffee, which was simply fantastic (I've attached a photo). During the day, brewed coffee could be had at the Deli Cafe on the 4th floor for 2 euros. In the hotel's Greek restaurant, you can have dinner once for free. It was very interesting to try traditional Greek cuisine. Transfer from the airport to the hotel. This is the only minus of the whole vacation. It took us 3.5 hours from the airport by bus. Next time we will take a rental car transfer, which is very popular at this resort. We recommend renting a car from the airport to the hotel and back. Many families were on our bus from different hotels, and we spent a lot of time separating everyone. Secondly, the road in Crete is serpentine, and not everyone can easily tolerate such a road. The hotel has some very cool shops with quality Greek souvenirs, and the hotel itself is located on a street where many other gift shops offer a huge selection of gift items. Next to the beach on the left side is a mountain, which can be easily reached on the left side of the reception. There is an incredible view, you can take great photos and videos.

The hotel has many advantages, although there are also small disadvantages. I'll start with what I liked the most, the animations! The animators from "Pink Wave" did a great job until the very end of the season (and we were in October). Special recognition is due to Lorenzo, Klaudia, Magda, Jacob, who took care of the guests throughout their stay. During the day, there were: water zumba, aqua aerobics, water polo, beach volleyball and many others. In the evening, you could count on interesting performances, animations, cabarets and even a disco. There was something for everyone. There are also plenty of attractions for children, a mini club and evening dancing. I haven't been to a hotel with so much going on for a long time <3 As for the location, the hotel is far from the airport, as much as 3 hours, but there is clear information about it. Thanks to this, it is located in a beautiful area. The view from the balcony and upper terrace is breathtaking. Right next to the hotel we have a private beach, which is clean and nice. There are plenty of sun loungers around. The swimming pools are also ok, there was also plenty of space around the pools. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool and an 18+ zone with a jacuzzi and a gym, which is also a huge plus. Unfortunately, the water in the pools in October is a bit cold, so they could be heated, but you can survive (but there is a small minus). Only the shower tray is heated. Unfortunately, there is nothing happening around the hotel (that we knew about), so if someone is looking for excitement or a party resort, they will not like it. We rented a car for 2 days and drove around the island, but many places were very far away. Rooms - very nice, we had a large balcony, but a huge minus and something that probably bothered me the most was the AIR CONDITIONING. Unfortunately, there was a very unpleasant smell from the vicinity of the room. While it wasn't a problem during the day, at night, when the neighbors had the alarm on all night long, it was very annoying and loud, I would compare it to a vacuum cleaner coming in and hearing. This wasn't the case in every room, it was caused by friends who didn't have this problem. the room was solved immediately after use, and here's the second thing - the balcony windows were a bit broken (they didn't close all the way) and at night it was very noisy to hear people sitting on the bar. I am a person who goes to bed at 2:00/3:00 a.m., and then at that time I was abused by the noise, they shouted and sang all night (there was a louder group), so the soundproofing of the rooms and the windows that close that it is necessary, because I understand that people come on holiday to have fun, I also used it. So the problem wasn't the loud group, but the lack of a properly soundproofed room. The food was good, it was often repetitive, but I think everyone can find something for themselves (even people who don't like meat). Drinks ok, it was great that there was ice cream and yogurt at the pool. Generally, the hotel has many more advantages, so if I were to sum up the trip, it was a success, but for people who need at least some silence to fall asleep, I strongly advise against it (or I recommend rooms on higher floors, without air conditioning connected to the neighbors).
