Had the most amazing experience at this hotel! Didn’t have the best welcoming experience when arriving at the Hotel however this was due to the staff that was on at the time. We had to wait 4 hours for our room as the hotel was fully booked however our room did not disappoint at all! We met Dimitra (hospitality &guest relation officer) on our first day and o my gosh she is such a breath of fresh air! I have never met someone who is so good and passionate at their job. She is lovely and makes you feel like you are her best friend during your stay! I honestly don’t have enough words! She recommended some amazing places to visit which we also enjoyed. This girl needs a promotion ASAP! Food at the hotel was also amazing wouldn’t say all inclusive is worth it as lunch is quite minimal. If you don’t get space at the main pool don’t forget the rooftop pool so much space there and equal amount of sun! Overal stay was just amazing. I never travel and visit the same place twice but I am definitely making plans to go again next year !

Just got back from an amazing stay! This hotel was fantastic.Going all around the world for 30 years now, i can admit this hotel has the best staff .The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, making it super easy to explore. But the best part? The pools! There were four to choose from, each with its own vibe, but the rooftop garden pool was my absolute favorite. The views were incredible, and it was the perfect spot to relax. The whole place had such a great aesthetic, too - stylish and comfortable. Many of the members of staff are excellent. Let’s begin by Panos , he was always there to help us with anything and a smile. That’s what really wanted from the restaurant department. The boys in the pool, Tomas & Kostas were legends! Perfect cocktails and lovely drinks! Thank you guys for the nice chat we always had. You both are amazing. Gregory.Thank you. Last but not least, I don’t believe that just a THANK YOU is enough for the service that Demetra from front office & guest experience provided to us.Was always there to help. One chat with her and you will feel it straight away too.Sometimes you feel so comfortable speaking to a person who you always want to talk to her. That’s her. And is so so rare, not anyone can do that.You were truly feeling that she cares.You were never feeling that you bothered her and while she was always busy , she was always trying to find time to explain everything to us. I don’t know if a hotel can understand how important is this communication and feeling that a staff member can create with a guest. Lots of guests we interacted with had same opinion.She is the reason that we want to come back and we have already booked to come catse she made it feel like hone Truly that’s exactly the guest relation service you are waiting for from a 5star hotel. To sum up, the hotel is worth every penny. Must visit. Highly recommended.

Extremely Disappointing for a Supposed 5-Star All-Inclusive Spa Hotel We booked this resort to celebrate a birthday and anniversary, expecting a luxurious, relaxing escape. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the most disappointing hotel experience we've ever had—especially considering the £5,000 price tag. Not All-Inclusive by Any Reasonable Definition The “all-inclusive” label here is deeply misleading. There’s no poolside service. The main pool bar food isn’t included in the package, and snacks between meal times are extremely limited. There’s a small fridge with pre-packaged items (sandwiches, basic snacks), but if you want anything remotely fresh or decent, you have to pay extra—despite supposedly being on an all-inclusive plan. Lunch is a basic buffet—limited selection, uninspired, and entirely self-serve. The à la carte restaurant? A joke. It’s just the buffet area with tablecloths and the worst plated food we’ve ever had at a hotel. Nearly everyone we saw looked disappointed, with many sending food back. “Spa Hotel” — In Name Only The spa’s sauna and indoor facilities aren’t included. You have to pay extra—at a spa hotel. Even more disappointing, the indoor bar was completely closed throughout our stay. This is blatant false advertising. Subpar Service & Zero Hospitality There’s a frantic sunbed scramble each morning. Unless you're up early to claim one, you’ll be out of luck. The mini fridge in the room was never restocked—something that should be standard in any true all-inclusive. Even worse, we paid for 7 nights, but were told that our all-inclusive access would end at 11am on the final day—meaning we’d only receive six full days of the service we paid for. Our flight wasn’t until 11pm, so being denied basic access to food and drink after 11am was outrageous. After complaints, they reluctantly extended access, but the fact we even had to fight for it shows how little regard the hotel has for its guests. Widespread Disappointment Among Guests Throughout our stay, the only thing we consistently heard from other guests was complaints. Everyone seemed frustrated or let down. It was clear we weren’t alone in feeling misled—many had also been sold a 5-star dream at a premium price, only to experience budget-level execution. Feels More Like a Budget Beach Club Than a 5-Star Resort This hotel cuts every corner possible. Staff are stretched thin, customer service is indifferent, and the experience is more beach club with rooms than luxury resort. There was zero acknowledgment of our special occasion, and the overall impression was one of cost-cutting over guest experience. Yes, it looks good in photos—but once you arrive, the cracks show fast. Beyond surface aesthetics, it fails in nearly every area where real hospitality and value matter. Avoid if you're looking for true luxury, proper service, or anything close to a genuine 5-star experience. We’ve had better treatment and value in 3-star hotels. A complete disappointment.

From start to finish we were treated amazingly by all the team at Akasha. We went half board as wanted to eat out on the island so swapped a few times from dinner to lunch (which was no problem at all). The food is really good and lots of choices. The desserts, fruit and salad displays are exceptional (very artistic) so compliments to all the chefs. Special thanks to Maria who was our favourite server. Our sea view room was really nice and spotless. The rooms so spacious too!. Our daughters had an urban chic room which we changed (arrived late so we think only room left). It was in the basement and dark with little room outside and in so not what we paid for but Gregory on reception was great and moved us the next day so more space and an outside balcony so again very helpful team. The pools are great and no fighting for sun-beds there are plenty. Pool areas and beach areas are quiet with a low beat vibe of music. Definitely relaxing and not for partying. Finally we wanted to praise Dimitra who went out of her way to make our stay amazing. She booked a yatch trip for us and made lots of recommendations for places to visit. She always had a friendly face and a joke with us. She is very good at getting to know guests and what they need. We loved her. Thanks for a great time x
