Świetna lokalizacja, przyjemne pokoje, które codziennie były sprzątane, dobra infrastruktura hotelu, dużo basenów i atrakcji dla dzieci 😊 a teraz najważniejsze to obsługa hotelu! Wszyscy bardzo pomocni i życzliwi! Szczególne podziękowania dla Pani Eva (Euangelia) z lobby baru, swoim uśmiechem i otwartościom bardzo umiliła nam pobyt!

Hotel bardzo pozytywnie nas zaskoczył. Hotel jest bardzo ładny i duży, każdy pokój ma dostęp do swojego prywatnego basenu. W obiekcie jest ich zatem sporo więc nie ma tłumów na żadnym z basenów. Pokoje ładne. Wiele różnych barów. Drinki średnie, lane z gotowych butelek więc nie były zbyt dobre ale za to można poprosić barmanów o coś czego nie ma w karcie i za każdym razem przygotowywali to o co poprosiliśmy. Jedzenie w hotelu standardowe. Sporo do wyboru ale każdego dnia podobnie posiłki, w ciastach zmieniony tylko smak albo polewa, tak samo w daniach gorących. Po tygodniu byliśmy już zmęczeni tym jedzeniem, ale nie można powiedzieć żeby było bardzo źle. Było w porządku Ale nic specjalnego. Mało greckich smaków, raczej wszystko pod turystów. Nie było pity, tzatziki tylko na obiad i kolacje. Oliwki stały za to zawsze. Pomidory niedojrzałe i inne warzywa niedojrzałe. Plaża przy hotelu fajna, w porządku. Wszystkie leżaki i parasole przy plaży i basenach fajne, w dobrym stanie, za darmo. Wypożyczalnia samochodów w hotelu też fajna. Samochody w dobrym stanie, opony też. Ceny trochę wyższe niż na mieście (60 euro za 1 dzień, grupa A) ale coś za coś, mieliśmy pod nosem ich stanowisko, samochód zostawiało się pod hotelem, odbiór oczywiście też, kluczyków nawet nie trzeba było odnosić. Także dla nas ta wygoda była wart tych 10euro więcej. Wypożyczyliśmy auto od nich 2 razy najtańsze z grupy A a dostawaliśmy grupę B.

Wspaniały hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi. Jedyny minus to pokoje które wymagają lekkiego remontu i nie wyczyszczona klimatyzacja. Jedzenie w restauracjach w których trzeba rezerwować miejsca jest wg mnie przecięte. Lepiej iść do głównej restauracji gdzie jedzenie jest przepyszne. W zasadzie wszystko nam smakowało. Wybór jedzenia był przeogromny. Jest to hotel do którego na pewno warto wrócić. Ps. plaża czysta, szeroka i piaszczysta a woda czyta i ciepła (maj 2025 r). Polecam.

Wspaniały wypoczynek! Spędziliśmy w tym czterogwiazdkowym resortcie kilka dni i było fantastycznie! Pokoje były przestronne i czyste, a obsługa bardzo uprzejma. Wyżywienie w formule all-inclusive zachwycało – różnorodne dania, zarówno lokalne, jak i międzynarodowe. Basen i plaża tuż obok, a animacje i atrakcje dla dzieci sprawiają, że czas mija bardzo szybko. Idealne miejsce na relaksujący urlop!

A 3 generation holiday, 4 adults and 2 children. The hotel has recently been taken over and although you could see that inroads have been made to improve the hotel it is still a work in progress and is not yet 4*. This is what we found during our 11 night stay. The gardens were lovely and well maintained. On arrival it would have been helpful to have a map of the site. Either a paper copy or on the app. There are out of date maps doted around the site but difficult to see in the dark. The rooms we had (separate sleeping areas with sliding doors) had very comfortable beds,lots of storage, plenty of hangers, efficient aircon and a magnifying/shaving mirror in the small shower room. The rooms were very clean What they lacked were simple things like proper cups, replenished milk, airer for drying clothes (some rooms had airers but we were asked not to hang clothes and towels to dry on the glass balcony leaving 2 plastic chairs on which to dry everything which was insufficient.) . Just one bottle of water in the fridge to last the whole of our stay and it was all inclusive plus. No other drinks. Only liquid soap in bathroom. No shampoo,conditioner or body lotion. A real disappointment - the orange juice was orange cordial and the cocktails were very sweet and premixed. The wine in the main restaurant was awful . The staff overall were cheerful and happy to help until the second week when there was a sharp increase in guest numbers and things became strained in the restaurant with a lack of spoons and bowls. The coffee machines couldn't cope with the volume of guests and regularly went out of service. There were no live cooking stations at dinner and lunch. There's is no sushi or trays of prawns and seafood as the photos suggest. However, we always found something good to eat. Why placemats? We watched the tables being inadequately cleaned ( a cloth rinsed out in an ice bucket of dirty water and not once was disinfectant spray used)-the woven placemats being a potential breeding ground for germs. (2 members of our group were ill and vomiting for a few days). The children 5 and 7 enjoyed the kids club. The entertainment staff deserve a special mention, they were always so happy and enthusiastic. The playground needs a new safety surface as the current one is a trip hazard and the children fell on a number of occasions. Pool areas were fab and we always managed to find sunbeds. Super fluffy pool towels. Pools open 10-6. It would have been great if the hours had been longer for a pre breakfast dip and evening splash around. There didn't appear to be time restrictions on the swim up pools. There were new sunbeds at a lot of the swim up pool rooms. Hopefully the rest will be replaced soon as they all looked in need of a good scrub and a number at the splash park were beginning to fall apart. Small side tables would have been appreciated. The entertainment was varied and what you'd expect. Unfortunately the stage area was directly in front of a border of palm trees making it difficult to see the acts and it was very cramped. I believe a stadium is almost ready. I asked a number of times for a price list for the spa but they don't do one preferring to use dynamic pricing . So we didn't bother and we nearly always have treatments when away. We had a late departure and were able to use a room free of charge to shower prior to our departure. Overall we enjoyed our stay. A few little improvements could make this good hotel great!
