The pools are a lovely temperature and very cooling and my room is very nice with a lovely sink area and my bed is very comfy.

Lovely staff, lovely beach and generally nice vibe. Only change would be fresh juice in the cocktails. I liked that the beach was slightly seperate from the hotel.

Booked a family suite after seeing what looked like a nice hotel online. Unfortunately family suites are very different to that of the main hotel. They are off site, you need to exit the hotel through the gate and walk down the busy main road around a corner up a lane to a separate block next to other hotels. The rooms are not the standard you see in the pictures online, nowhere near the advertised 4 stars. I’d look elsewhere & disregard the hotel pictures advertised which is a complete misrepresentation. We had blood stained bedding, exposed wiring, blocked sinks that won’t drain to mention a few things. I would not recommend!

We are writing to express our disappointment following our recent stay at your hotel, which we had expected to be a 4-star experience. We booked an Annexe premium double room with a terrace, only to be allocated a room 80 metres away from the main hotel grounds, in a building unrelated to the hotel. This made us feel isolated throughout our stay. The room was very basic and did not match the photos on your website. The bathroom was dirty, and the room phone was purely decorative as it was not connected. There was no wardrobe, just a metal pole with five coat hangers above the tea-making table, which was useless for hanging dresses. There was no dressing table or chair, only a shelf fixed to the wall. We had to leave our belongings in our suitcases as there was nowhere to store them properly. Room service was poor. Bed sheets were only changed once during our seven-day stay. Mugs and teaspoons were never washed or refilled with tea or coffee. The hotel grounds look nice, but there is only one pool for adults. Another pool is for children only, and a third belongs to rooms with private pools, unavailable for general use. We also noticed a recurring sewage smell by the main pool, coming from four large sewage tanks just outside the fence. Meals were mostly cold, with limited drink options (only orange squash or water). Eating outside was unpleasant due to wasps and cats approaching guests, which some found disturbing. Entertainment was underwhelming for a 4-star hotel, with only one evening of live music and some karaoke games resembling a pub atmosphere. We do not believe this hotel deserves a 4-star rating and are very disappointed that we trusted your rating, which now makes us question future bookings.

Hotel- we stayed in 2 bed family room in main building. A spacious well decorated room with air con, safe and mini fridge. At times there was strong sewage smell in room and also around resort. Food - always something to eat but variety limited. The restaurant needs a bigger salad bar and ice cream would be good as a dessert option. Entertainment was good, water polo, aqua dance, darts. There was always evening entertainment incl. live music. Staff at hotel were very attentive and friendly. Nothing is a problem. Our air con needed fixed and it was sorted within hours. The beach bar staff were esp good. Location - some nice cafes close by but Kavos is an absolute s******e esp at night. Full of young adults overindulging and the place has a very seedy vibe. The hotel and resort is really too far away from Corfu town and other historic/culture areas of interest. For this reason I wouldn’t return .
