Hotel Vendome

Hotel is situated in a good location within a short walking distance of the main thoroughfare. Hotel staff are very friendly and readily help with any enquiry. Breakfast is adequate, the dinning room is a bit small but there is an overflow room close by. There is a jar of sweets at reception which I found very temping. The hotel is a short walking distance from the tram station which goes direct to the airport. If travelling between Airport and Nice city or vice versa please use the tram as it is very cheap and reliable. Some taxi drivers at the airport are scamming passengers, charging inflated prices and have no meters. The tram stops a few steps from the door of the airport. The bedroom was warm, comfortable and cleaned every day. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Nice.

Good location very close to tram station but tiny and smelly bathrooms. Old vintage building preserved well

Had a great short vacation here. The hotel is in a perfect location to explore Nice, near the center and the old town and the sea, and close to the tram that goes to the airport. Comfortable quiet rooms, good breakfast and friendly helpful staff.
