Meraki Sharm El Sheikh

Mieszkałem w hotelu Meraki, wakacje były doskonałe, bardzo dziękuję animatorom, którzy sprawili, że te wakacje były aktywne i przyjemne. Chłopaki uprawiali mnóstwo sportu, zawsze była joga, rozciąganie, siatkówka i wiele innych rzeczy, chodziłam na wszystkie imprezy i na jednej z nich nawet byłam Świętym Mikołajem. Wieczorami również odbywał się bogaty program: karaoke, karnawał, festiwal, tutaj nie było czasu na nudę. Jedzenie tutaj jest bardzo smaczne, owoce morza zajmują szczególne miejsce. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, personel jest bardzo uprzejmy, dobra obsługa. Poznałam tu wielu nowych przyjaciół, spędziłam wspaniałe wakacje i planuję wrócić tu w przyszłym miesiącu.

Moim zdaniem to jeden z najlepszych hoteli w Sharm El Sheikh. Wszystko na wysokim poziomie. Pyszne jedzenie w formule a la carte, pokoje codziennie sprzątane, bardzo pomocna obsługa. Bardzo szeroki wybór drinków w All Inclusive. Na pewno jeszcze tu wrócimy. Pozdrawiamy Pana Ahmeda, który codziennie super dbał o nasz pokój!

Najlepszy hotel w Sharm el Sheikh w jakim miałem przyjemność spędzić czas!Czysty z wysokiej jakości restauracjami i bardzo zaangażowaną obsługą oraz pięknym widokiem na morze.Mam nowy dom w Sharm-))))

Absolutely incredible hotel! The most amazing week away, made so exceptional due to the wonderful staff members. Big thank you to: Ali - Euphoria pool lifeguard - Ali was amazing, attentive and there to make sure we stayed healthy in the sun. Ali was kind, caring and worked so hard to make sure everyone had an amazing experience. Ali came over each time we returned from a meal to great us, took the time to talk to us and was very funny. Ahmed & Mohamed - Euphoria Pool Bar - both were incredible!! They made sure we always had a drink and brought us ice boxes throughout the day with cool drinks and water in. They were very kind and attentive, best bar service! Hussain - Ophelia Bar (reception) - Hussain was brilliant, very attentive and remembered our favourite drinks each time to great us. He watched all glasses and refilled when they got low. He was very kind. Waleed - Italian restaurant - Waleed has been incredible! Always making sure we had a table and impeccable service. He was very kind and helpful, always making sure everything was ok and guests were happy. He looked after us very well. Greek restaurant head waiter - very kind and looked after us, his chef was fantastic - making specialist dishes for us. Sorry we didn’t catch his name!! Beach jetty lifeguard - he saved my partners phone after he dropped it in the sea, not hesitating to dive down and get it. Melania - burger boulevard - very attentive and kind! Made sure we always got our orders quickly and quick drinks. The staff are truly amazing and made sure we had a wonderful time. The hotel are very lucky to have such a brilliant and dedicated team. Music around the hotel was nice - and despite reviews, managers were quick to tell people to turn off speakers. The hotel was clean and entertainment was good. The animation team were very kind. The gardeners worked hard in the heat to keep it looking beautiful. Spa team were fantastic - brilliant treatments. We hope management pass on our thank you and words to the amazing staff. We hope to come back soon!

Our stay at Meraki, Sharm El Sheikh was incredible, the service was the best I have ever experienced by a long way. All the staff are so so friendly and helpful all of the time. They were so attentive and genuinely couldn’t have done any more to make this experience any more special for us. The service and food is excellent, the resort is spotlessly clean and there are lots of activities to get involved in if relaxing by the pool all day is not your thing. I want to give a special mention and a huge thanks to these staff in particular: Hussien at the reception bar who was incredibly friendly and welcoming, he makes a fantastic Yades iced tea, honestly one of the best cocktails I have ever tasted. He was very charming and treated us extremely well every evening. Mohammed and Ahmed in the Euphoria pool bar waited on us hand and foot all week and again couldn’t have done any more for us. Every morning they would deliver a cool box with ice, water and other refreshments. They would also regularly come to us and take drinks orders and then deliver drinks to our sunbeds. Waleed, the manager at Yades, the Greek restaurant was fantastic also. He would often serve us for breakfast, lunch and dinner. He works so hard and all of his services were so smooth. One occasion we hadn’t booked a table and he was so accommodating and fitted us in, even though his front of house staff initially seemed reluctant to let us in. The manager and chef at the Greek restaurant were particularly attentive when one member of our party was unwell, the catering manager came to us and asked how he was, when he was well enough to come to the restaurant the chef made him a special soup that wasn’t on the menu, which was very light and soothing on his stomach. This went above and beyond and was a lovely touch. One day while snorkelling my phone, in a waterproof plastic case detached from the string and dropped all the way to the bottom of the reef. The lifeguard on duty at the time without a moment of hesitation dived to the bottom and safely recovered my phone from the ocean floor. I was astonished I got the phone back safe and he saved me a lot of money. I wish to give an extra special thank you to my new best friend Ali, the lifeguard at the Euphoria pool. We spend most of our time at this pool, every day Ali was so attentive, constantly keeping me in the shade. He is probably the nicest, friendliest person I have ever met and I was genuinely so sad to say goodbye to him at the end of the holiday. Every day he would take time out to speak with you and make sure you have everything you needed. I hope when I return he is still working at this resort. You can tell he makes a genuine effort to relate to British people, he really understood the banter and he made me laugh every day. I’m devastated I couldn’t take him back home to England. I would recommend this resort to everybody, honestly 10/10 best experience. I’ve attached our pictures taken with Ali & Hussien.
