One of the Worst Experiences I've Had
Unfortunately, my stay at this place was one of the worst I've ever experienced. Aside from the poor customer service I personally encountered, I witnessed something that truly disturbed me. I saw a supervisor speaking to a staff member in an extremely disrespectful and aggressive manner, which made me curious about how employees are treated here. Out of concern, I spoke with one of the staff members, and what I learned was shocking. I was told that one employee had been verbally abused by the HR manager including insults aimed at his parents and was even threatened with termination. All of this happened without giving him any chance to explain his side. The treatment was harsh, degrading, and completely unprofessional. This is supposed to be a place of hospitality and care, but it clearly lacks basic respect not just toward guests, but also toward its own employees. I honestly regret spending my money here, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.
