Secrets Tides Punta Cana

Overall, we had a very good experience at secret tides in Punta Cana. We enjoyed the accommodations and service. It was top notch. Spa was fabulous. Be aware that the $200 coupon is for a timeshare. Our Butler was amazing and took care of all our needs making sure we were okay. It's a beautiful facility. Nice ambiance, great shows, and fun activities. Are only disappointment was the food was just okay.

Went with my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel was very pretty with modern design, grand open spaces, beautiful and plentiful pools with sufficient sitting area around pool and beach (though hotel capacity during our stay was at ~65% as confirmed by reception desk staff). We experienced some surprising letdowns regarding food but I think they can work on it as it's a very new hotel (about a year old?). I want to call out that the hotel goes to lengths to make you feel special: they celebrate anniversaries and birthdays by decorating room doors and listing names of people and couples celebrating on their daily hotel activities newsletter. Did they celebrate us? No, unfortunately. We didn't get anything (but we also didn't complain about this). This was probably an oversight on their end and didn't have anything to do with the fact that we were two women celebrating their anniversary in a hotel located on an extremely religious country, right? We'll never know. Still really love the Hyatt brand.

If you are looking for a romantic and relaxing getaway Secrets Tides is your place. My wife and went for her birthday and our experience was not short of amazing!!! The staff is very attentive and super friendly. The preferred ocean view room was breathtaking. Our butler Andreina was wonderful she made sure we didn’t want for anything. We will definitely be back to Secrets Tides Punta Cana.

Clean rooms clean quiet fun resort, plenty of food, great entertainment just lovely fun. I’m 70 going on 50 and participated In salsa, cha cha, water aerobics, baseball, fitness, pool activities, night life Dancing , good food and cocktails. And no kids under 18!

Finding something wrong with this place is really hard to do. Absolutely outstanding resort. We did Preferred and noticed and difference with experience. It’s is most certainly elevated all around. 45 plus crowd. So clean and service is excellent.
