Paradisus Grand Cana

We had a great time! The concierge service was definitely worth it. Thaina and Leonardo made our stay absolutely perfect!! We will be back!

We had 5 of us total ...our daughter and son in law and 2 year old grandson. we had a king suite that connected to their queen suite and the rooms were very spacious and clean. the walk out pool was awesome to relax in. the waterpark is great for the little ones and plenty to do for the big kids also. Service was good, food and drink was comparable to other resorts i've stayed at in DR. not crowded at all as our trip was in June but not too hot and nice breeze always. if you are looking for a huge party place this is not the place at least not in June when we went but if you want to get away and relax and spend time with family this was the perfect place for us. I would stay here again.

Absolutely amazing staff that made the whole week feel as though we were with family and friends. Looking forward to our next trip down!

We recently stayed at the Paradisus Grand Cana in Punta Cana. We booked 3 Concierge Master Family Swim Up Suites. This was perfect for our families needs. The rooms were spacious, modern and well maintained. The swim up was a highlight for both the kids and adults. It gave us easy access to the pool right from our terrace and added a more luxurious touch to our stay. The kids loved the water park. It was great for all ages. Our Concierge was very attentive and made sure that everything was taken care of. He made reservations for us & coordinated the transportation for us back to the airport.

Room was ok, pillows were really hard, AC did not work at full capacity and shutting down in the middle of the night. Food was awful, I got sick and needed to stay in bed with stomach aches, all because of the food and flys on the food. Beach area was ok nothing spectacular
