We stayed at One&Only Portonovi for a few days, and honestly, we’re still thinking about it — in the best possible way. From the warm welcome to the final goodbye, everything felt sincere, thoughtful, and done with care. It was our first time in Montenegro, and now it’s hard to imagine coming back and staying anywhere else. The resort is absolutely stunning — elegant design, calm atmosphere, beautiful views. But what really made it special was the team. Every single person we met was kind, attentive, and made us feel genuinely looked after. The spa was beyond amazing — peaceful, deeply relaxing, and designed with intention. We felt like time slowed down there. We’ll absolutely be recommending this place to everyone we know. Thank you for such a beautiful and unforgettable experience.

This resort is outstanding!! This was my 2nd year back and the One & Only welcomed me back with open arms. I cannot praise this establishment enough.. I have travelled all over the world to some of the best destinations & hotels but O&O is a stand alone resort on their service, quality, attention to detail and communication. The rooms are elegant and sophisticated. No over complication in the resorts design but full of character. I had the pleasure of have staff members Sophie & Iva attend to our needs and wow... the level of service and detail from the 2 women was outstanding. I could literally write a piece on the sophistication of this resort but instead I encourage you to visit and experience it.

My family and I went from the 30th of March to the 4th of April. We have saying in our fare share of lovely hotels but this by far was one of the best! From the intimate feeling of not many rooms, to the employees greeting us without fail with the Montenegrin hand gestures, everything was carefully thought about in this hotel. I used all the facilities (gym, indoor pool, and sauna/spa) and I couldn’t fault any. New machines in the gym, and lovely spa facilities too. Now onto the room, we booked the Family bay view suit (interconnecting rooms) and still had a small glimpse of the sea. The rooms were immaculate, and the interior was beautiful. Genuinely really thought out rooms, from the beautiful shower, the couples sinks, all the way to the luxe hot tub in the room. The balcony was lovely also, which again added to the comfy feel this hotel had to offer. One the first day we received sleeping eye masks from the room service, and the last day we received organic oil/ shea butter to take home. The little details about this hotel is really what brings everything together. The breakfast was amazing. The chef, I believe his name was Sagar, went above and beyond for my mum, making an abundance of small sandwiches for our trips outside the hotel. He was truly amazing. The food at the hotel was also delicious, the Italian especially by the beach. The staff again, I couldn’t find one fault. From booking us cabs, to helping with luggage, all of them were so ready to help us at all times. We asked the room service for some more English breakfast tea, and he didn’t give us just one- but about 20 haha! They were all friendly and super kind. We especially want to thank Marlo, Alexa and another man whom we don’t know his name (quite tanned and short, with black hair). Excellent customer service, and you really made our trip! God bless ! All in all, I will definitely be coming back in the summer hopefully, as that is when sun beds properly are out (can be requested to be set out anyways), and I love the one and only. It truly is the luxury hotel it proclaims to be! Thank you

I recommend the off season to enjoy the peacefulness of this wonderful location. The grounds are excellent, and with fewer quests the time we spent with the staff was very special.
