We’ve just returned from a three night stay at this hotel. In short it was fabulous! Enjoyed every second. Smooth check in - lovely welcome with glass of fizz which was a nice touch. Pool and pool bar is fab - food also lovely. We used pool every day - amazing views looking out to sea and the old town. Rooms are huge - beds super comfy and shower lovely! Robes in room also. Breakfast also lovely with lots to choose from. Only a short walk onto the seafront and town. Would defo stay here again and highly recommend to anyone!

We had a lovely holiday at this Hotel and would definitely recommend. Most importantly the staff are all friendly and polite. When we arrived our room was not quite ready but the lady on reception told us to sit down and she brought us a glass of Champagne..the room was ready in just a few minutes but it was a nice gesture. Also it was my wife's birthday while we were staying there and when we arrived back in our room from the Beach, there was a bottle of champagne, a small cake and a Happy Birthday note! This again was a lovely gesture, thanks! There was plenty of choice at Breakfast and it was all cooked and presented well. The Hotel is kept very clean and our Room with a side sea view was great. Also the Rooftop pool area is stunning with either a view of the sea from the front or Mountains behind. The Hotel is well placed in the resort, but the Road is busy and can be noisy, but it did not bother us and would love to return in the future. Thanks to all the staff!

Okay so let me list off all bad points followed by the good points. Bad points: Let’s start at breakfast, most of the food either runs out or is cold. The only thing that works in the ‘spa’ is the sauna, both the steam room & turkish bath are cold. They do a terrible job cleaning the room, they do the very minimum. Good points: rooms are spacious, beds are comfy, and i have no complaints about any of the staff, they are all friendly But i would never stay here again, and i would not recommend it.

The hotel itself is phenomenal. I would stay away from Mzia at the spa. I booked a medical spa package, which included a massage. Mzia speaks zero English, so it was impossible to communicate with her. The massage should have had deep pressure. At one point during the massage, Mzia yanked my arm. It hurt so much that I actually screamed. My guess is that she thought she was stretching my shoulder. Unfortunately, whatever she did means that I still have shoulder pain a month later. I didn't have pain in my shoulder before. It only started after Mzia perked my arm during the massage. Stay far away.

I stayed here for 5 nights and as it was my first time in a 5 star hotel we had the five most wonderful nights of our life.We were lucky to have get it in a cheap price and were blown away when we went in our room.It was huge and made us forget our tiredness as we did not sleep whole night due to early morning flight.The big breakfast buffet was exceptional as I was eager for the breakfast every morning .The location of the hotel is very nice and convenient and it has a small shop of its own too so you can shop your groceries nearby.The hotel has a nice view of the sea and you can go major places of budva in a few minutes walk .The only thing I had a bad experience was once I heard someone coming in my room without knocking the door or I might have not listened I am not sure .Later when they came to the room and knew we were there they went back and as I was in the toilet and my husband was sleeping we could not see the face of that person.I did complain to the reception and I think they might have taken action.Moreover the food had a decent price as a five star hotel .We were very much relaxed due to the spacious rooms and had the best time of our life .all the staffs were nice but most of all I find one lady who was very friendly and nicest of them all.She was so caring and solved our many queries without any hesitation.Her name was Suzana.I felt so comfortable asking her queries compared to other staffs .
