I have just returned from the Tui Suneo Perla Hotel after a 7 day break with my wife. A good hotel but could also be an even better hotel with a few tweaks. Reception and check in/out process is good. Rooms: We had a deluxe double room and was very well presented and nice modern feel.Excellent bed and pillows are hard to come by in some hotels but this was the best I have slept in years. Facilities: Dining room was good and you could sit inside or outside on the terrace area. It got busy at various times but you could always get a seat. The only complaint I would have is that the outside dining area should be completely no smoking. Pool area was well maintained and reasonable amount of sun beds and never had a problem getting a bed and without having to get up a daft time to get one. The pool itself is a bit of an issue. Because of the adjacent hotel casting a shadow over half of the pool it lacks in sun on it and the temperatures are baltic to say the least. It could do with heating!! 2 Bars - Pool Bar and Lobby Bar - Good service on both although the pool bar edged it with slightly better service especially on an evening. Food and Drink were good for an All Inclusive and plentiful in terms of choice a d quality.I will echo previous reviews that the heat could be better and they need to look at better use of heat lamps. Service in all areas was good and again to echo other reviews some could do with smiling a bit more. The best members of staff by far is Valentin on the Bar with his other colleague Dansku (apologies if I haven't got it right). Finally - the main negative I have to mention is the quality of the animation team. Now firstly it doesn't impact on my holiday because I don't go for that. However, the 2 they di have are nothing short of shocking. Hardly any interaction with guests mean they do not end up doing any day time activities as they do not promote anything. The evening entertainment was poor as well apart from the one night where they had a singer on. The other 2 nights that should have had something on didn't happen due to the weather. Overall, we enjoyed our holiday and would recommend the hotel. Close to the main promenade for getting out and about. Hopefully they will take on board the feedback that has been raised on more than one review and that would improve the overall rating.

Hotel: Entrance visually appealing. Check in swift, though felt more info was needed regarding where things were. Room: First impression the room was very nice and the bed and pillows were very comfy. On closer inspection there was sugar on the fridge which stayed there all week, what looked like drink spills on the wall. It seemed house keeping only ever just replenish the toilet roll and that was it Restaurant: Breakfast good choice and made to order omelets. Lunch/dinner : very repetitive regardless of the theme, food was often cold. Unable to eat outside due to not having a separate area for smoking so unable to get away from it Pool: There was plenty of sunbeds, but think this was due to he hotel being shady on two sides so you had to bed hop to catch the sun. Consequently the pool was freezing and hardly used. People I spoke with would go to the beach rather than stay a the pool Animation team: One of the main reason we picked this hotel as it was advertised as having day/Eve entertainment the two people who were supposed to do this didn't. They only once asked if anyone wanted to join in and on one occasion I asked if I can play shuffle board when asked if the girl would also like to play her reply was no I've been doing it all season. They did not advertise what was going on throughout the day and could often be found on there phones on the bean bags. . Finally the bar and waiting staff were good. This definitely did not feel like a 4 star hotel having been on many with TUI Though reasonable priced Unfortunately a disappointing holiday.

This was mine and my girlfriend’s first holiday together as a couple and we were very disappointed with the hotel. We visited end of season 20th-27th September. Firstly I’ll start with the positives: - The rooms were very good. Well kept and clean. The beds were some of the comfiest I’ve stayed on. Rooms were cleaned every morning with fresh towels. - The location of the hotel was great. 3 min walk to the beach and a supermarket just outside. 5 minute walk to the main strip. Bus stops outside great for excursions etc. Negatives and this is where things started to get bad: - We went all inclusive and I wish we hadn’t. The food was of poor quality and was almost always COLD! It didn’t matter what time of the day you went down for food it would be cold. I think this is due to half the serving area being outside. The inside area they didn’t use heat lamps to keep food warm. This was so frustrating as the amount you pay to go inclusive this should be the main area that they should concentrate on. We ate out a lot, lot more than anticipated. - They had a board of entertainment advertised for the week. The majority of the entertainment advertised even for that day wasn’t on or just very short. For example one night a music quiz then cabaret was advertised. The music quiz didn’t happen and there was no reason given and then the cabaret was half hour! If we knew we’d have arranged to go out and watch something down the strip. The following night a fire show was advertised we stayed in the resort foolishly thinking we’d watch it. Never materialised! The following night luckily we went out to watch a band as the hotel had a foam party advertised we got back and that hadn’t been on either. I don’t think we’d have been as annoyed if they didn’t advertise it in the first place. - Our room had a balcony but we didn’t get any sun for the whole holiday. I’d be wary if you are booking to get a room that overlooks the pool as we didn’t. - The pool was freezing and because of the neighbouring hotel the whole pool area hardly got any sun and this was not shown in photos. We ended up going to the beach most days. Overall we had a great holiday but the majority of the holiday wasn’t spent at the hotel which was a shame. Would avoid.

On the whole the hotel does look like the pictures on the website and it is neat and tidy. The food is mainly outside and they might as well not even have heat lamps because the food is cold can’t say I had a hot meal while I was staying here plus people are sat by the food smoking and vaping as well as flys etc on the food. They say it’s a different theme night but it honestly felt like they just changed the meat around that was served. The rooms are modern and spacious the beds are super comfy and so are the pillows probably the only good thing about the hotel, we had water leaking from our light in our bathroom took the hotel staff 4 days to actually do something about it after countless times of explaining how dangerous this was and to be honest they didn’t even do anything apart from take the light out and leave a hole in the ceiling. Definitely not a 4* standard hotel and the only good thing to come out of the hotel staff was Brian the TUI rep who would go above and beyond to make sure you was okay.

I am a returner to the hotel. I came at the peak of season and the end of season and it’s such a difference. I have read reviews saying the animation team don’t try I can assure you they do. Danny and Iva try to do activities but before they even ask people are saying they are not interested. They will always engage in an activity brought to them even if you have to explain how it’s done. They work long hours have a whole routine set up for the day for people to dismiss them but then complain they aren’t doing anything is stupid. The evening entertainment is fantastic they always do something even if the weather is bad. People say they don’t try and get they had most of the holiday makers up and dancing? The shows they have on are fantastic as well! The hotel staff are really friendly and you’re never waiting long for service. The food is a fair good range from adventurous food to playing it safe there’s something for everyone. The rooms are air conditioned IT DOES WORK. The beds are comfy and the balcony in the 2 rooms I have had has always had a good view. Check in is quick and easy the tui rep Brian is always checking everything is okay and lets you know the list of excursions. There is not a single fault with this hotel I think some people are just expecting too much for the price they pay! Love the hotel, love the staff and love the animation team can not stress this enough.

A good hotel but could be even better
