The hotel has a nice reception and big space for restaurants and bars. The entertainment for kids was fun for the kids. The food was ok, the meat from the chefs cooking live was the best. Hotel room was big and two double beds. But carpet on the floor at a swimming pool hotel, its a no. The room smelled like sigaretts. We stayed on the 6th floor, the fence on the terrace was loose, so it had to be fixed. Someone pooped in the childrens pool, I went to the reception to let them know, the pool-guard picked it up with a fishing net and left it uncleaned on the bottom of the pool. Usually for safety and health the pool should be closed down and cleaned. Not very service minded personal. The put up signs during our stay, for sunbeds that the towels would be removed after an hour, we didnt get sunbeds every day.

What can we say? This hotel was absolutely incredible. The Marvel hotel was immaculate! The hotel staff were always available to assist from the manager to bar workers and the restaurant staff. I have never seen such a clean hotel! From the lobby constantly being cleaned to the worker by the pool making sure everything was nice and relaxing outside. The rooms were always made up to a very high standard with fresh towels and clean beds every day. The bar staff were welcoming and always made sure you were well looked after. The restaurant was always clean and the food was fantastic. There was so much choice and catered for all diets and requirements. We are vegetarian and at most hotels are very limited in what we can eat but this week we ate so well almost every meal. Some days we had ten or more options to choose from and couldn't fault any of it. The waitresses were always clearing plates and keeping the tables tidy, and if we didn't want what was on offer the snack bar would have four different choices of fresh pizza and two were always vegetarian. The entertainment on offer was limited but the animation team, especially Alex (Sascha), worked really hard to make the holiday fun and inclusive for kids and adults. Alex really helped make our holiday special and memorable and should be applauded for his enthusiasm and energy and his ability to encourage people to interact with each other. We had free access to the spa which was really relaxing and helpful to keep us all busy when the weather wasn't great on a couple of the days. The only thing we were considering adding as a negative was that we felt there could have been more entertainment for our children when the animation team were unavailable, however, since leaving the hotel, we have found out that there was a fully equipped games room with pool table, air hockey etc! So maybe this could have been sign posted better or we could have been made aware early in the holiday to make use of this. Overall, a brilliant hotel who did everything it could to make our family holiday special! We will definitely be returning to this hotel if possible! Well done to the management and all staff!

Currently sat by the pool, lovely hotel and I’ve stayed in a few in sunny beach this will rank in the top 3, food is lovely, remember Bulgarians don’t eat food hot like us, use the microwave problem solved, the guys on reception are very helpful and polite, quick check in we arrived late they gave us a small bag packed with some fruit a sandwich and a bottle of water which is a lovely gesture after travelling and arriving when the bar is shut. Rooms spacious they have a kettle and cups, fridge and a hair dryer that isn’t attached to a wall (bonus) flat screen tv with a couple of English channels with films. Beds are comfy with actual real pillows not them long horrible thin things, good choice hotel marvel, drinks are fine same as most other hotels, bar staff lovely, remember there’s a language barrier but a please and thank you goes a long way, pool area lovely with an outside swim up bar, take note all pools here are freezing jump in the water is fab once you get in. Kids club is beautiful best one I’ve seen absolutely well done marvel. Entertainers are fab work really hard to make everyone feel welcome and involved, kids love the mini disco, could be more for adults in the evening but we are here beginning of the season it may change. Hotel close enough to walk to bars and shops, about a 15 minute walk to flower street however doesn’t feel that far, plenty of places to stop at on the way. Snack bar is okay go after half three when it’s all out. Glass lift only servicing floors 5 and up so don’t be fooled waiting for it on a lower floor. Cleaners are amazing in everyday fresh towels loo roll etc. very clean hotel staff all fab, come and enjoy yourself, remember it’s Bulgaria embrace their culture it’s beautiful 💞

No fighting for sun beds as everyone sick with food poising! Know of 3 different parties who have gone and all been ill from food. Hotel in denial as said was virus not food poisoning. Rep told us it was climate change. No one taking responsibility even when doctor said was poorly from food

This hotel has got to be the cleanest hotel ever.The staff all work so hard to make your stay perfect. The rooms are very big and have a tv,kettle, fridge and hairdryer.The shower is so powerful with shampoo and soap included.The cleaners are in everyday changing towels and keeping the room tidy. The food was all very tasty and something for all but like others have said it was only luke warm which let it down.There is a microwave on hand if you could be bothered to use it.We could get as much or as little to drink at the bar as we wanted and the bar staff were always friendly. There was no rush for a sunbed around the pool area no matter what time you went.The entertainment boys are proper nuts in a nice way lol. The smoking is a big issue outside when your trying to eat a meal maybe that could get looked into. Would i stay here again?you bet i would. Thanks for a fantastic first time in Sunny Beach.
