Maria Palace Hotel

Jedzenie w hotelu zimne, niesmaczne oraz ciągle to samo. Po tym jedzeniu razem z partnerką mieliśmy wymioty oraz inne dolegliwości. Bar to porażka do wyboru 6 różnych alkoholi i zero drinków, obsługa bardzo niemiła oraz nie wykazuje chęci aby rozmawiać w innym języku niż rosyjski. O wymianę ręczników było trzeba się prosić, wyrwane klamki, brak listw przy ścianach oraz brudne ściany. Basen zaniedbany gdy została zwrócona uwaga do właściciela hotelu dopiero po 4 dniach cos z tym zrobił. W hotelu był brak prądu o tym nikogo nie poinformowano a właściciel nic z tym nie robił. O papier toaletowy trzeba było sie również prosić. Ten hotel to jedna wielka porażka nie polecam nikomu. Trzeba było kupować własne jedzenie. Cały urlop został zepsuty właśnie przez jedzenie w hotelu które było zimne oraz nie świeże. Obsługa też bardzo niemiła oraz nie wykazuje chęci do pomocy.

Spotless clean and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming, 2nd time to stay here and going back next year, rooms are so spacious and clean, food is a bit repetitive but always find something to eat, late checkout is a godsend so very good value

Awful. For an English person, this hotel is absolutely shocking, the food is rubbish, the drinks selection is even worse and the arrogant people who go just topped it off. Being the only English people there for the first few days made our experience nearly unbearable. It wasn't until we met some other English people we started to have a good time at the hotel. We spent the majority of our time out and eating out. For dinner you had some form of potato, 3 hot dishes usually 2 meat and one veg, and some type of rice. Some dodgey looking soups, there was always fresh salad and fruit, the desserts were okay but that's the nicest thing I can say. The majority of staff were lovely, so overworked, they would be on from the crack of dawn until late at night, every single day. People who are saying it's good clearly are from the area or a neighbouring country because it was sh*t. I wouldn't stay there again if you paid me. The pictures they've taken are trying to make it look bigger and more luxurious, it's a 2 star hotel at a push!!!!!! If you're British DO NOT GO HERE.
