HVD Reina del Mar

Spędziliśmy w Reina del Mar tydzień w połowie czerwca i choć pogoda nie rozpieszczała to hotel to wynagrodził. Hotel jest nowy, wszystko czyste i świeże. Wspaniałe przestrzenne pokoje, kilka różnych basenów (w tym podgrzewany zewnętrzny oraz dwa płytsze ze zjeżdżalniami dla dzieci). Różnorodna strefa SPA (baseny, grota solna, kilka saun etc.) . Jedzenie bardzo dobre, wybór ogromny, pięknie podane. Drinki wykonywane z międzynarodowych alkoholi, napoje bezalkoholowe podawane nie z dystrybutorów tylko z puszek bądź butelek szklanych. Wszystko wysokiej jakości. Minusem w tym hotelu jest brak obowiązującego dress code podczas kolacji - dwa razy na kolacji (o godz. 18:30) pojawiła się rodzina w kostiumach kąpielowych (w ręcznikach plażowych) - uważam że w hotelu o tak wysokim standardzie takie sytuacje nie powinny mieć miejsca. Kolejnym minusem jest słaby angielski u obsługi (szczególnie w restauracji, czasem na prawdę ciężko było zmówić zwykły sok). Podsumowując polecam gorąco to miejsce zarówno dla par (hotel ma romantyczną atmosferę), jak i dla rodzin z dziećmi (animacje dla dzieci są super + bezpieczny plac zabaw+menu dla dzieci i niemowląt). Osoby szukające wysokiego poziomu świadczonych usług nie będą zawiedzeni.

The hotel was amazing, the stuff was excellent,the skaters are the best of the best, we just admired their hard work. We loved the show : Circus on Ice with the ice skaters,clowns, acrobats,lights Show- absolutely amazing 👏 We also enjoyed the Beach Party and we want to say thank you to the artists from Fire Show 🔥 🔥 🔥 Especially :we like the Entertainment Team and the leader AURELIA was marvelous. She made our vacation perfect. We will come back again and recommend to our friends this hotel 🧡

We had a fantastic stay at HVD Reina Del Mar and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality holiday. The hotel is beautiful — very modern, spotlessly clean, and right on the beach. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and everything throughout the hotel was well looked after. The food was another highlight: fresh, varied, and consistently good at every meal. There was always plenty of choice, with something to suit everyone. The facilities were excellent, from the pools and spa to the bars and family-friendly areas. Everything felt organised and easy to navigate, even during busier times. What really made the experience stand out was the entertainment team. They were genuinely fantastic — friendly, energetic, and always went the extra mile to make guests feel welcome and involved. A big thank you to Aleks, Roman, Boyan, Viki, Viktor, Aurelia, and Ani — you brought such great energy every day, and it really made a difference to our stay. Best resort on the Bulgarian’s Black Sea side. The food, the rooms and the beach are on another level. They have lots of facilities you can enjoy(pools, bars, playground for kids, green spaces, etc.) We had a good time with the entertainment team especially with Ani,Aurelia,Viki,Roman,Plamen. Hope to come back next summer.
