Hotel Melia Grand Hermitage

We had one of the most carefree holidays at this hotel. We chose this hotel because it has consistently held one of the highest ratings on the Bulgarian seaside for many years, and it is renowned for its constant quality of service and professionalism from staff at all levels. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly, and the reception staff were amazing and very helpful. The level of service truly matched that of a 5-star hotel. The bars and restaurants offered an excellent variety of high-quality food and drinks. The hotel has two large main restaurants providing a vast selection of fresh, well-prepared dishes, including various international cuisines. There was always a tasty variety of meats, salads, fruits, and desserts. Even as someone particular about coffee, I found the coffee to be of very good quality. The hotel boasts huge outdoor spaces, including a pleasant garden area and different types of pools. The pools were accessible at all times, never overcrowded, and conveniently located near outdoor bars. Additionally, the hotel has its own private beach area, where there were always sun loungers and umbrellas available. The entertainment programme at the hotel was exceptional, with a very professional and high-standard offering tailored for all ages. The animation team provided plenty of engaging activities for both children and adults, ensuring there was never a dull moment. The evening shows were also of top-notch quality and very professional. The restaurant staff were always friendly and greeted us with a smile. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean. Housekeeping was diligent, with the rooms cleaned regularly, and the outdoor areas and restaurants were also very well maintained. Tips: The hotel features several smaller, themed restaurants (Bulgarian, Italian, and American) that are open on specific evenings. The food there is excellent, but it is necessary to book in advance, which I recommend doing as soon as you arrive. Some sports activities are also in high demand, so keep an eye on the announcement board to secure your bookings. The staff speak English and other European languages, which made communication seamless. Overall, this was an unforgettable holiday at a truly high-class hotel. The outstanding service and fantastic professional management made all the difference. We can’t wait to return in 2025!

Отель комфортабельный, удобный. На территории много зелени, бассейны на все возрасты с достаточным количеством шезлонгов (есть и крытый бассейн на плохую погоду), бары и рестораны, веревочный парк. Единственное неудобство - на такое количество людей мало лифтов и они небольшие, что приводит к очередям. Отель расположен в центральной части Золотых Песков, но не на первой линии (за это сняла звезду). До пляжа идти мин 5-6 вниз по склону или лестнице. Пляж небольшой, но уютный, но!!! При входе в море большое количество острых камней, что делает пляжный отдых весьма проблематичным! До рейсового автобуса минут 5-6. Номера просторные и светлые, с удобными ванными комнатами, с большими балконами и с прекрасным видом на море! Единственный минус - недостаток искусственного освещения и розеток для зарядки гаджетов. Отдельная похвала кухне! Все вкусно и разнообразно, можно найти еду на любой вкус! Некоторые блюда просто кулинарные шедевры! Большое спасибо поварам! Понравились также тематические вечера национальных кухонь, поздравления в день рождения в виде специально сервированного столика и именинного пирога! Отдельная благодарность гиду по ресторанам Татьяне и официантке Ольге) Отличная работа аниматоров на протяжении всего дня. Целый день звучит музыка, но хотелось бы перерыв на время послеобеденного отдыха. Брали комбинированную экскурсию от своего туроператора в Варну (с прогулкой на катере) и монастырь Аладжа, остались довольны поездкой и работой экскурсовода Георгия. В целом мы очень хорошо отдохнули, хоть и не очень повезло с погодой

L'hôtel est très bien situé à 200 m des commerces et plage avec un accès privé de l'hôtel. Le personnel à la réception et du restaurant sont très accueillants. Le buffet est très varié et les plats sont de qualité (ce qui est rare en formule "all exclusive). Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses mais le matelas un peu dur à mon goût. Ce qui m'a surprise c'est la propreté impeccable de l'hôtel (chambres, réception, couloirs). il y a toujours quelqu'un avec un chiffon pour nettoyer ou ramasser une miette par terre. J'ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi propre même en 5 étoiles !!! Je ne comprend pas d'ailleurs les avis négatifs par rapport à la propreté. Je garde un très bon souvenir de ce lieu dommage qu'il faisait frais en Mai je n'ai pas pas pu profiter de la terrasse.
