A very big thank you to the team in Best Western PLUS Premium Inn We had to deal with some difficult circumstances whilst staying at the hotel and their kindness and flexibility was exceptional. Additionally the rooms are great, spacious with all facilities you might need.The hotel is amazing,clean and the furniture is new.The staff was friendly and helpful.For SPA we use the neighboring hotel Melia!There the massage was perfect very professional and we made 2 times massage.If you want massage in Melia find Kiril.he is very helpful and friendly!Thank you again- we will return soon!

would not recommend this hotel if your holiday is predominately relaxing round the pool and hot food the hotel has a ruling of no sunbeds before 10 am you cant even ask for a pool towel at one minute to 10 the pool guys do not monitor the 2 big slides that are there with no age or height restrictions {some one will get hurt} At Breakfast on top of the food always been cold and unpleasant staff people could not get a seat as all the tables were taking by people waiting for the dash for a sunbed Will definitely not return

Just returned from a week at best western this was our 3rd time check in was great really polite lady on reception we arrived early and gave us our room. Room was good clean as usual, breakfast was included and was good. The thing that let this holiday down was they have made a change to sun beds do not allow you to get a sun bed or towel before 10 am so a mad rush and then at 6 pm the whole pool and pool area's are closed come on its the hight of summer people come on holidays for sun it's a shame it was a good hotel but I won't be returning next year will be looking at a different hotel

We had an incredible time! The hotel is very clean, modern, beautiful and it has a great central location. We received excellent customer service and got a free upgrade to an even bigger room. The staff was super kind and professional. The slides and pool truly make you forget about the beach! Breakfast was delicious and varied, there were also some vegan and sugar free options. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sunny Beach.
