Polecam Asteria Family z czystym sercem. Hotel jest pięknie położony, ok 100 m od plaży, 4 budynki hotelowe otaczają wewnetrzny dziedziniec z basenami i zielenią. Cicho i spokojnie jak na samo centrum Slonecznego Brzegu. Przemiła obsługa, uśmiechnięta, gotową do pomocy.

Wyżywienie wyśmienite, o wiele lepsze i bardziej urozmaicone niż w wielu hotelach 5 gwiazdkowych w Turcji czy Egipcie, gdzie ostatnio wiele razy gościliśmy. Rodzinna i przyjazna atmosfera. Z czystym sumieniem polecam hotel Asteria Family. Krystyna i Leszek

for the very low price this really was a great holiday! we were upgraded to a family room with 2 sleeping rooms - i only paid for 'junior suite', we were on the top floor with a large outdoor roof terrace which was lovely. room was huge, the walk in shower was incredibly powerful and hot - just perfect. The beds were so comfy like a thin memory foam topper feel - i was surprised by this!! great sleep had by all, no noise at all which i was worried about having a young one. had 2 tvs lots of channels, towels changed all the time and i left a small tip on a few days and the cleaning lady created things out of the towels a few times and my kid LOVED it!! last night was hot so used the aircon which was ok. location- perfect - 2 mins from middle of flower street, shops right outside entrance too. food- wasn't great but i think this is bulgaria in general, but plenty of choice and immaculately clean. pancakes in morning- some cooked items, lots of breads jams etc - lunch - always safe choice slike pizza chips. went to italian one evening and food was really good- well worth signing up as part of the package. i highly recommend the pulled lamb. entertainment- as start of season not a lot was happening but kids loved nightly singing/dancing on the little stage. we wandered out most evenings to take in the buzz of the streets. don't get ice cream from street vendors- tastes gross and soo overpriced, on the last evening i asked for '1 mango ice cream in a tub' and the guy handed it over and said '19 lev' thats like 10 quid, for a tub for a kid - he was smirking which annoyed me, i refused to pay it, he took some back out and charged me 10 lev, my kid wanted it so just paid but £5 for 1 scoop that is just ridiculous! doned out couple nights at arena bar- that was alright and was good to get out. holiday was cheap so justified treating ourselves. sonja on reception was a really good help to us when we didn't get picked up for our trip to waterpark. she didn't even have to help but used her own mobile to speak to her own contact and got it all sorted for us. Booked nessebar waterpark with jet 2. intructions were not good, we went to wrong bus stop and expected a normal transfer but we actually needed to get the normal free bus that runs from 9.45 which wasn't clear, and the voucher from jet2 is to be shown at the park- also not clear - also when booking with jet2 you book adult/child price based on ages but actually if ur kid is over 130 then they need to be an adult - ended up paying the difference at waterpark so all in all experience wasn't good! waterpark was great so if you book with jet2 then be aware the pick up is at the bus stop at top of flower street and across the road - the transfer is the regular free mini bus. didn't do any other trips. went to nessebar on bus as water taxi hasn't started for season yet. went to eko bar- kid loved seeing the turtles. hotel was pretty small - nice pool, loads of sun beds, free towels that can be changed daily, little games room with air hockey, there was a ping pong table- free and a pool table 5 lev a game. 2 bars with limited drinks - soft drinks were not good but again we didn't pay much for holiday so it was acceptable. little ice creams in tubs available all day in snack bar - great for kids. cappuccinos are good- had a lot of these! went to beach couple times- walked down flower street than about 100m to the left on the beach- loads of sun beds to use and little hut with beer and juice. beach was lovely- shallow water quite far out, we did jet ski £65 for 2 ppl for 20 mins, little jelly fish everywhere. lots of nearby entertainment0 amusement park, fish spa, tattoos/hair places, souvenirs etc - very lively. you can also hire little 3 wheeled electric stand on things quite cheap- they looked fun and also dangerous! all in all for the price it really was very good. the room/bed/shower/balcony/location i couldn't have got better at a 4/5 star hotel. as for food - i think you'll find most hotel reviews rate the food low-i think it might just be the country rather than a hotel thing. didn't get ill so can't be that bad! there are loads of staff, very friendly, place is spotless, def makes me think twice about spending so much on our family holidays when this was just as good! it is what you make it.
