Wspaniale miejsce! Czysto, ladnie, estetycznie. Swietna lokalizacja, piekna plaża. Wyjscie od strony morza robi efekt wow :) obsluga mila, pomocna, na wysokim poziomie. Pokoje sprzatane kazdego dnia. Bylismy z dwojka malych dzieci- sa zachwycone wakacjami. Rewelwcyjny basen dostosowany dla maluszkow i tych odrobine wiekszych, animacje kazdego dnia :) duzy wybor jedzenia i smaczne. To co mi nie odpowiadalo to mleko w proszku do kawy ( dalo rade to obejsc dolewajac melko stojace przy platkach :D ). Okolica wkolo hotelu rowniez super. Chetnie wrocimy ! :)

Hotel naprawde pozytywnie mnie zaskoczyl. Duzy, czysty. Pokoje codziennie sprzatane. Obsluga bardzo mila i pomocna. Jedzenia spory wybor, kazdy znajdzie cos dla siebie. Nasz 3 i 4 latek nie chcieli wracac do domu ;) plaza piekna, lokalizacja hotelu na plus. Animacje dla dzieci kazdego dnia. Pierwsze 3 dni byla okropnie zimna woda w basenie dla dzieci a pozniej juz bylo ok ;) Dla mnie jedynym minusem bylo mleko w proszku w ekspresie do kawy. 😆 z calego serducha polecam !

This is a wonderful family friendly hotel, great for family's with children or just couples. The hotel was always clean and tidy, the bedroom was cleaned daily by friendly staff. The food is great, something for everyone. Only down side - we were not made aware that you need to book to eat in the Asian and Mediterranean restaurants so missed the opportunity to eat in them - book this in as soon as you check in! Kids club was small, but had lots of toys and games and the staff were nice. It is located right outside the kids pool and park (lovely little play area) There is football pitch to play on, and dart competitions every day and entertainment every night, lots to keep kids happy. The town is small, but has a few little nik nak shops to mooch in and a decent bar with park right outside. There is a lovely green with park and walk way to beach (all within 10 min walk to hotel) the public spaces are kept LOVELY, with flower gardens and freshly cut grass. Be sure to check out the little beach bars along the beach front - great cocktails and nice change from all inclusive drinks (very well priced). Overall a very nice holiday.

The hotel itself is in a great location on the gorgeous beach of obzor. The beach can be stunning with some really calm waters, but beware if you are going out of season adds barely anything is open at all. The hotel is very dated and needs a good lick of paint/update. It’s definitely not the 4 star that is advertised. Large pool however it’s very cold, so ALL the children huddle in the hot tub, which is a brown cloudy water by the end of the day. The pool is also full of toad eggs, at night you can see all the toads round the pool, which I know can’t be helped but when the children started hunting for eggs, they found 100s - which makes me question how well they clean the pool. Hotel cocktails are nasty, the food is ok but if you are a vegetarian be prepared to eat pizza every night. Also of a morning, no coffee machines were working most of the days we were here. It was like a hunt in the morning to find one that would work! My daughter went to the kids club once (she’s 10), all ages were mixed together from age 4 upwards, which I found really weird, in the end my daughter said she felt like she was babysitting 😂. The evening entertainment is terrible, again stuck in the 80s. Positives - great location, clean rooms, cheap, nice spa, friendly staff. We didn’t have a bad time here at all, however I wouldn’t return which is a shame as I really like the area itself. There’s a beach bar called “oyo” near by that done beautiful coffee and cocktails would recommend here for sure!

I never usually write reviews but the hotel was awful; other than the room being quite nice, everything else about the holiday has been pretty poor, poor drinks (first holiday I’ve ever been on where I haven’t wanted to go out and drink), boring and repetitive food (also had pink chicken one night), any issues we’ve had haven’t been rectified well and some reception staff are particularly unhelpful. Entertainment is also poor, we even rented a car out for most of the holiday so we could escape the hotel. I also wouldn’t bother paying the extra money for the Myfavourite club there is no real benefit to be honest it was a complete waste of money and a waste of time off!
