Jest to bardzo gut hotel: doskonałe życzliwości, doskonałe jedzenie, bardzo dobre śniadanie. Ten hotel jest poza centrum, jest to bardzo ładne miejsce, ciche i piękne. Rodzina i personel zawsze służą pomocą.

Moja czteroosobowa rodzina razem z większej grupa narciarska długi weekend w Zapfenhof. Obsługa była znakomita, a jedzenie było dobre. Mieliśmy apartament junior suite na drugim piętrze. Pokoje są w porządku, ale różnią się dużo w jakości i wielkości. Jeśli odwiedzisz dość dużej sauny czy baseny nie zapomnij zabrać ze sobą ręczniki z pokoju. Nie ma inne dostępne. Podobało nam się w centrum odnowy biologicznej i przyjazny personel i właściciele. Masaże moja rodzina i ja wzięliśmy miał być bardzo dobre. Wady są kosztowne dostęp do Internetu i dodatkowych opłat za szlafroki i kapcie. Nie spodziewałem się tego po 4-gwiazdkowym hotelu. Nasze ogólne wrażenie było bardzo dobre. Polecam ten hotel ze względu na komfortowy pobyt z rodziną na narty lub piesze wycieczki w lecie.

What stood out the most was their incredible attention to detail, especially when it came to accommodating my daughter’s gluten-free dietary needs. Often, finding suitable meal options for her can be challenging, but the restaurant here made it a seamless experience. Their gluten-free menu was extensive, delicious, and prepared with the utmost care. Each dish was beautifully presented, and the staff made us feel reassured by explaining the precautions they took to avoid cross-contamination. The hotel itself is a haven of comfort and luxury. The rooms were immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and offered stunning views of the Zillertal Alps. The amenities, including a relaxing spa and wellness area, added a touch of serenity to our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the beauty of Zillertal. Whether it was hiking in the summer or enjoying the snowy slopes in the winter, everything was easily accessible from the hotel. To top it off, the staff’s friendliness and dedication were unmatched. I cannot recommend this hotel and restaurant enough, especially for families with children or couples. Their commitment to exceptional service and inclusivity sets a gold standard in hospitality.
