H10 Gran Tinerfe

Had a nice relaxing week staying at this hotel. Location was great and there was plenty of amenities right outside, even a beach. Stayed HB and the Food was great and plenty of choice. The r/rant wasn`t that busy so it wasn`t like a cattle market all queuing up for food which made it a more pleasant experience. Pool area was great and plenty of sunbeds on offer, but you still got the usual guests who would claim a sunbed then disappear for hours. There was a guy who was removing towels from sunbeds that were not in use. All the staff were great, polite and carried a smile on their faces. Only little niggle were getting woke up by the bottle bins being emptied in the small hours and the wifi was barely live within the pool area and rooms, unless you went out on the balcony. Would definitely consider a return trip in the future!!!!

From the start of entering this smart hotel the experience was comfortable. Welcome drink of Cava and attentive staff in reception. Room was large airy and clean. Food in the buffet restaurant was very varied and tasty. The fabulous amenities staff were very happy and interactive with many things on offer, catering for all ages if anyone wanted to partake. A very enjoyable 2 week stay for a busy, needing a rest, couple.

Nice hotel needs some updating Corridors and stairs quite shabby , but bedrooms and pool areas are very good The real biggest down side was the food which was extremely disappointing , food was very repetitive every day was the same and the quality was definitely lacking If you go then I would recommend bed and breakfast as there are nice places to eat outside Entertainment was quite good , I did enjoy the the holiday but if food is a priority then best go somewhere else
