Hotel spełniał szereg moich oczekwiań. Miał świetną lokalizację, pyszne śniadania, niebanalny wystrój. Niestety wszystko popsuły robaki w pokoju. Ilość rybików w całym pomieszczeniu była niewiarygodna. Chodziły po suficie, po ścianach, nie wspominając o łazience. Były duże i ciemne.. Coś obrzydliwego. Czułam się tym przytłoczona. Po dwóch dobach odkryłam bródne skarpety po wcześniejszym gościu.. No niestety te dwa czynniki popsuły pierwsze, pozytywne wrazenia. Hotel powinien zadbać o komfort gości- to rzecz nadrzędna. Obiekt nie należy też do najtańszych... Pierwszy raz spotkalam sie z takim czymś..i mam nadzieję, że po raz ostatni...

Hotel looks nice, rooms are clean and excellent however the people who should look after you are just ignorant. They seem to enjoy making you wait, make you stand there as though you are invisible. They are too busy talking to each other or on their phones. If they were my staff I would terminate their employment on the spot. In summary rude, arrogant and ignorant.

I would not recommend this place for people with high expectations. They do not have essentials in the rooms, like kettle, coffee, tea, bath robes, hand wash liquid, shampoo, body lotion. slippers. The rooms was clean but very small and with a very basic furniture. I had a room with balcony which I would not bother booking again. THE POSITIVE:: - Very lively bar and restaurant downstairs; - Swimming pool with sauna for those who will have time and energy in the evening.: - Walking distance to Vatican city; - Shops and café within 5 min walk - (you can buy kettle and cups for your morning coffee from there)) ); - Metro Cipra is just 4 min walk to; 18 min metro ride to center of Rome; CONCLUSION: Mid range hotel with atmosphere in the evening, good location, but not for those with a high expectations from hotels.

This had the makings of a great hotel situated near the Vatican but let down by its uncaring staff particularly at the roof top bar and restaurant. Breakfast was also a shambles with two many people in this area and too few staff with many items running out.

My wife and I took a very short, impromptu trip to Rome. We booked this hotel as was priced very well and the rating were pretty good, and are we glad we did. Such a quirky place with fantastic décor and lovely staff. The room was amazing, probably the most comfortable hotel bed we have ever slept in. Everything was very clean and fresh. The breakfast layout was amazing, with everything you could possibly want. our only issue was the position, its perfect for the Vatican as its only a 10 minute walk. Everything else though is much further away. This wasn't really an issue though as the public transport is very easy to navigate and incredibly cheep to use. When we return to Rome, this is where we will be staying.
