SUPER HOTEL Candle

This hotel is the worst hotel I been in my life. They have no respect for the guest. They are not even Vietnamese, they are Chinese. I forgot some items in my hotel room and they try to say that they could not find it then after hours of me arguing with a staff name Na over what's App supposedly they found my items but they don't want to shipped my items. I offer to pay for the shipping, and they are not even trying to help me. I asked to speak to a manager, and they would not allow me to speak to a manager. When I booked, I originally booked with Orbitz, and they took my number from Orbits and contacted me on WhatsApp. They wanted me to buy tour packages and pay in cash only (US dollars) they are total ripoff. They screew up the transportation on my tour and didn't want to reimburse me. No respect for cultures

Strictly avoid ... most unfreindly staff ... rigid to the core ... ac is hot .. uncomfortable rooms. Breakfast spread needs a lot to improve. Limited . Lifts are slow and not reliable .If you have early morning flight ,lift can delay you reaching airport.

The hotel was very comfortable. They arranged a tour for us to see some cultural highlights of Hanoi which we enjoyed immensely. Our guide was Chris and he was so knowledgeable about all of the places we saw and answered all of our questions about Vietnam. We highly recommend him and the hotel.
