I stayed at O'Gallery Premier Hotel in Hanoi on 24th April 2025 during my honeymoon trip, and the experience was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the lively Old Quarter, this boutique hotel offers an exceptional blend of charm, comfort, and genuine hospitality. The ambience of the hotel was elegant and peaceful — perfect for a romantic getaway. The decor, lighting, and overall vibe made us feel relaxed and welcomed right away. What made our stay truly unforgettable was the hospitality. When the hotel staff found out it was our honeymoon, they went above and beyond to make it special. They surprised us with a beautifully decorated room, complete with a complimentary bottle of wine and a cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture that touched our hearts and added joy to our celebration. The food at the hotel was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet with its mix of Vietnamese and continental options. The pho was a must-try! The location is ideal – just a short stroll to Hoan Kiem Lake, local markets, and many great cafes and eateries. Service is excellent from the hotel staff to the dining staff. Very friendly and warm service. Rooms are big/spacious. Excellent location. Walking distance to everywhere you want to go in the Old Quarter - train street, lake, night market.

Fantastic! Lukas Duong was the staff member who made our trip amazing. Everyone at the hotel is super friendly, kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and quiet, the porch out side the hotel is great for people watching. Breakfast and food was fantastic. Huge gratitude for Lukas Duong and all his time and help. Jane

枕頭較軟，但整體住宿體驗相當舒服，服務人員親切，我住301靠近路邊，會比較多汽機車經過，怕吵的人需自備耳塞
