Grand Mercure Hanoi

Very good service from the concierge staff, Kien Cris. Very nice hotel, nice location, beautiful place, restaurant is very nice, 5-star place, what a beautiful sight, friendly staff, but Hanoi traffic is like Bangkok. My favourite dish is Pho.

Gym facilities and trainers are very good, very nice experience :) I have been staying in Grand Mercure Hanoi for many time, here is always my first choose when I have my business trip in Hanoi. Service, facilities and food are all perfect, happy to share my experience. Mr Dung, PT is a very nice trainer in gym here.

The hotel has been outstanding! My trip was canceled last year due to Covid and they held my booking until now! The room was lovely with fabulous staff helping at any given moment! The 15th floor staff -Ann and Harold were phenomenal! The attention to detail, assistance, kindness and professionalism is something rarely encountered! Overall, a great experience. The hotel offers stunning views of the city, both from the room and the rooftop. Everything feels fresh and modern, with excellent facilities throughout. The gym is well-equipped, and the rooftop pool overlooking the entire city is a highlight. I had a great session with a coach named Quality, who was attentive and shared valuable insights during the workout. The breakfast buffet features a wide variety of options, and the staff were warm and attentive. A young pastry chef in the kitchen was especially kind to me, though I unfortunately didn’t catch her name.
