Mimosa Hotel

Great little hotel on the beach. Spacious rooms, excellent service and very competitively priced. Warmest of welcomes upping checking, with great location knowledge and recommendations. Parking across the road, part of the hotel was a great find in a busy location.

We stayed here the night before our cruise the following day. Location is perfect, right on the beach and there are several restaurants, bars, shopping centers etc close by. There is a Walgreens a couple blocks away that came in handy. The hotel room was clean and the AC worked perfectly, that isn’t always the case when we have stayed in hotels so I have much noticed and appreciated. Included in the room cost is an umbrella and two chairs. We used them both days and enjoyed the beautiful scenery, sunshine and breeze. There is a restaurant on site. We left the hotel to eat but the restaurant sits poolside and the food looked good. The only part of the stay that we didn’t care for was when we were checking in. My husband travels for work and we have endless hotel points because of all his work travel. We used points to book the room, since he is a diamond member we always aak if an upgrade is available. If it is great, if not, that’s fine too. When he went to ask, the gentleman behind the deck spoke something under his breath and then started talking to another employee in another language. Mind you, English had been spoken the entire time we were there. If they were not speaking about us or our request, why speak another language? This isn’t a reason to not stay here, location is awesome, but we just don’t care for that.

Lovely location right new t to the beach. We woke up to the sunset (in a room with full ocean view). There are a parking lot right next to the hotel, which is also handy of you travel by car. Friendly staff! Easy access to the beach. We would definetly stay here again.
