Holiday Inn Miami West-Airport Area

Very Accommodating staff especially Valentina in the Bistro receptionist.In the reception area the in charge is also nice.In the evening even we arrived late,they still served us a meal.The food in the buffet are great The chef is fantastic.The entire hotel area is clean..

We stayed here previously but our most recent visit stood out. Yarod was great! He was very friendly and accommodating. He was willing to go the extra mile to help us with a small concern that we had. Thank you Yarod for your great customer service!

Very noisy room, needing to be updated. Unexpected charge for resort fee? This location is far from any resort I’ve ever stayed in! Buffet Breakfast was ok, selection was minimal. Staff was cordial and apologetic. I will definitely stay somewhere else due to the hidden/unexpected expense! I booked with higher expectations and feel that it was way less the perfect.

If you want to feel like you’re near the heart beat of Miami’s human trafficking scene look no further. Worst hotel experience I’ve had in years and I stay in hotels 150+ nights a year. Absolutely disgusting, nothing works, and extremely sketchy 0 stars

Stay away from this hotel at all costs. Trust me. The rooms were filthy. We had to cancel due to a medical emergency at which time the hotel agreed to refund the cancellation fee. After multiple contacts back and forth it never happened, even tho ugh I rebooked at a different time. They lied multiple times that a refund will be processed and never happened. They also kept my security deposit for an unknown reason and upon questioning it, was told from corporate we would have a response within 48 hours. So after 2 weeks we filed a card dispute because of their dishonesty. In addition the food at the restaurant was mediocre at best, however the bartender was friendly. Drove an extra few minutes to a better hotel. Trust me.
