Days Inn by Wyndham Florida City

Don't expect to check in even a minute prior to 3pm without a surcharge, even as a rewards member. Hotel rooms had tile, not carpet which I like because it is cleaner. If you need just a basic hotel, no frills this place is not too bad. Stayed only one night. That was enough.

This place was a disaster the minute we got there. The room had a king size bed, but very small and only one end table. It looked as though the sheets were probably washed, but everything else appeared dirty. The TV was programed in Spanish for some reason only, and couldn't get it to switch over to regular English. Around the door frame and in corners were dead bugs and even webs, the bathtub bottom was disgusting, the trash was never emptied outside and completely overfilling. There was trash all over the place, and the hotel looked as though they just don't upkeep anything. Their was dog poop literally everywhere you walked. Our room had no ice bucket, no clothes iron, no coffee pot, no side table for other side, and one of the lamps on desk was broken. Windows were disgusting . We rented it for two nights, before we knew what we got ourselves into. We were facing U.S 1 highway and all night and morning was absolutely the worst . Could not sleep at all. It literally was cars drag racing both nites, all down U.S. 1....then in am came the big semi trucks, which were just as loud. I don't understand if we came at a certain time, but the drag racing was out of hand. Are there any cops in Homestead? What gets me is homeless people appeared to be living out on the steps of the place, and it looked as if we were on the side of hotel with some lower class people that probably lived in the hotel. The other side of the hotel, looked to be where they put all the tourists that come in, and it was a tad more quiet. All night, was residents of the hotel smoking weed and drinking and fighting. The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I would not go here to this location again, if you paid me to stay. The crazy thing is we paid over 100 a night , just because we were in Homestead, and people travel there because they are going to Keys but don't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money staying down there. It would of been worth it to pay the difference. The crazy thing is the pictures of the king size room we paid for, were not the room we were given . We had none of the amenities listed and a drastically smaller room .

Clientèles bruyantes et semblant vivre à l'année comme des homeless. Rien autour. Reception = Affreuse. Worst experience ever / Plus jamais pour nous 6...(3 couple)
