Awful, terrible, rude.
If zero was option this would be it. Let’s start with the shuttle. Called like they ask you to do. Told us to wait at pickup area 10 in departures. They advised they would be there in 5-10 min. 54 mins later one showed up only to be full from the first stops. I voiced my concerns to the shuttle driver and he got offended and said we had to wait for the next shuttle. When another didn’t show up we called and the manager said to take a taxi or uber and they would reimburse. Great idea…… if I didn’t have a 4 year old with no car seat. Once the shuttle driver finally arrived back he got out and said are you 3 calmed down now to my wife, myself, and 4 year old autistic son. Once at the hotel the check in process was atrocious and so disorganized. Our room had a musty smell and the tub was filthy with dirt all over, to the point I called neighboring hotels but they were all booked full. Unfortunate start to a family vacation. Stick with Marriott or Hilton and away from this crap hole.
