Hari Club Beach Resort

pour un hotel qui a 40 ans, je trouve qu'il est très bien entretenu. peut être un petit coup de peinture à droite et à gauche, mais rien de grave. le personnel est très sympa surtout l'équipe d'animation et les cuisiniers. le ménage est fait tous les jours et la cuisine est variée et bonne. l'ambiance est très "familiale" et c'est très agréable. vraiment je recommande.

Les chambres ne sont pas très propre, l’animation au top. Omar et Nina également très agréable et souriant tout au long du séjour. Problème avec le fixe impossible d’appeler la réception dans presque toutes les chambres. Plage pas très propre et manque de transat

Un grand merci pour cette merveilleuse semaine ! L'équipe est aux petits soins, le personnel anticipe tout besoin éventuel. Vous êtes à peine posé sur un transat qu'on vous apporte un matelas... Nous avons tout d'abord été placés dans une chambre qui était tout au bout de l'hôtel. Quand nous avons demandé le lendemain si c'était possible de changer car nous avions un petit en bas âge et que ce n'était vraiment pas pratique d'être à l'autre bout, nous avons été rapprochés et surclassés dans une chambre plus grande ! L'équipe d'animation est formidable ! Nina et Dana sont adorables avec les enfants. Les animateurs sont drôles, énergiques, d'excellents danseurs... un grand bravo à eux pour leur polyvalence ! Nous ne parlons pas non plus de leur niveau dans les différentes langues qui est assez impressionnant ! Concernant la nourriture, c'est une cuisine faite en grande quantité, pas un restaurant à la carte mais les menus sont variés et gôutus, il y a du choix et cela change tous les jours. Nous avons vraiment bien mangé. Le personnel de restauration est également très agréable. Enfin l'hygiène est très bonne. Toutes les parties communes sont nettoyées en permanence, les chambres également. Les draps ne sont pas changés tous les jours mais seulement sur demande mais qui change ses draps tous les jours ? Est ce vraiment nécessaire ?? Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour, grâce à l'équipe. Un grand merci à tous !

Positive: The animators did their best to make everyone have fun. The food wasn’t gourmet but I liked it a lot and crave it to this day. There was a shop that had many things like drinks and snacks and cute souvenirs. The beer was great. The pools inside and out were clean. The bungalows were spacious enough, comfortable beds and clean when we arrived. The beach was absolutely gorgeous. There were horses and camels walking through and great options for fun activities like jetskieing, boats, etc. There were fun shows and games in the evenings and parties every night. Negative: The pool sadly closed at 7pm and the “snacks” at night weren’t really good. The cocktails weren’t great but very effective. The AC in our room wasn’t strong enough to cool the room down fully. Overall great if you are young and not too picky about everything.

We are very happy about our stay at the Hari Club Beach Resort and we highly recommend this hotel. This is a “Family-style” resort with very clean amenities that gave us a lot of bangs for our buck during our vacation there. The entire staff was helpful and kind. The service they provided was always excellent. From the agents at the reception desk, to the waiters, bartenders, cooks and cleaning crew, everyone was always attentive, ready to fulfill our requests and taking time to have conversations with us. The entire animation team was a pleasure to interact with. Always smiling and chatting, asking questions to make sure our stay was nothing but great. The activities offered were fun (Darts / Water Polo / Yoga / Gym-Stretching / Aquarobics / Karaoke / Dancing). We would have liked local music to be played by the pool, but we are aware that this might not be to everyone's taste. 70's and 80's songs were played, on a sort of a loop, but a new DJ arrived the day before we left, so the playlist might have changed. We really enjoyed the food. It is "Buffet-style" with the addition of a cook at the ready for an "on-the-spot" dish for each meal. There is a wide variety of options and very copious, from soups to salads, vegetables, main dishes and desserts. We never went hungry! Since we are non-smokers, we never stayed too long in the lounge area, but there are plenty of outdoor spaces poolside to enjoy the various drinks (and snacks) offered at the bar. The employee serving mint tea just about all day long is a nice addition. We had a quiet and clean room, by the beach, which was a great location. The only issue, being far from the main building, was the weak Wi-Fi signal. But for a good signal, a quick walk to the reception area was all that it took. We twice had to wait several minutes for hot water when taking a shower, which caused the shower stall to fill up with water a bit, but it did not overflow the bathroom. The hotel is well-located, a 10-minute taxi ride to Midoun or the Bourgo Mall, to go shopping. Taxis drive by the hotel constantly, so I don't think we ever waited more than 10 minutes for one. I believe the reception agent can call one if needed, but we never used that service. Thank you to the entire Hari Club crew! We thoroughly enjoyed our 9-day stay. If we ever go to Djerba again, we will be back!
